Seeking a lil help with Themes

So, I have an iPad mini 1 that runs on iOS 9.3.5 - I jailbroke it and installed po1aris and then it installed cydia..

Seems fine right? No, every theme I install is either not working (with anemone and that doesn't work at all) or js shows up in settings as large icons (with winterboard). So please help, yea that's it.

btw I'm also using the Solid glass 2 theme from http://ivintagelover.github.io/repo

[Setup] iOS 6 Theme on iOS 15 iPhone SE

Classic iOS 6 Themes

Finally got my setup pretty close to old iOS on a rootless jailbreak so I figured I’d post everything I used in one place because a lot of this stuff is scattered around.

Themes

SnowBoard + Extensions

Add SparkDev’s repo:

Install:

  • SnowBoard
  • SnowBoard UI Extension
  • SnowBoard StatusBar Extension
  • SnowBoard Settings Icons Extension
  • SnowBoard Icon Masks Extension
  • SnowBoard Labels Extension
  • SnowBoard Icon Effects Extension
  • SnowBoard Dock Extension

The dock extension is important if you want the old reflective dock look.

6God + Classic iOS

Add Spritz’s repo since these are already derooted/rootless compatible:

Install:

  • 6God
  • Classic iOS

Download the deb here:

History of iOS Theme

Don’t install it directly.

Extract the .deb, then extract data.tar.gz (or data.tar.xz) until you end up with:

Library/Themes

Inside are all the theme folders.

Copy those folders to:

/var/jb/Library/Themes

Then enable them in SnowBoard and respring.

Converting Rootful Tweaks to Rootless

If you find older tweaks/themes that only come as rootful packages:

Download the deb from:

Then convert them with:

Derootifier

Lockscreen

For the old iOS 6 style lockscreen use:

  • Six (LS)

Works really well with the classic setup and brings back the old slider unlock.

Keyboard

Install:

  • Laetus

Then use the Sixy keyboard theme:

Music App

For the old Cover Flow style in the music app:

Gives the Music app the classic album browsing effect similar to older iOS versions.
