Hello :3, so recently i got a 16 plus after an iphone 13 i’ve had for 3 years 😭 The main reason i updated is because of the better battery and bigger screen but the more i use it i feel like i made a mistake in getting a bigger phone and should’ve went with a base model instead…Its not that its TOO big as i can still hold it normally, but i miss the smaller size of a 6’1 inch and easier pockets,, :( Will this feeling pass by eventually or should i try to exchange it for a base model 16 or a base 17?

Ever since updating my iPhone 16 Pro to iOS 26.5, the phone randomly freezes for a few seconds multiple times a day.

It mostly happens when switching apps or opening the camera. The screen just stops responding and then suddenly catches up again. Battery health is still 98% and storage isn’t even close to full, so I don’t think it’s hardware.

Is anyone else seeing this after the update or did I just get unlucky?

I am in a bit of a pickle
My 14pro’s battery is almost 6 feet under ( 75%, throttles a lot and overheats more than usual ) also the 128gb are getting too tight
My options
100$ change the battery
200$ trade in and get a used iPhone 15pro ( 256gb and battery around 85%)
300$ trade in and get a used iPhone 16 pro ( 256gb with a 92 battery health)
Was going to take the 15 pro but some reviews ( a lot ) point to a crippling overheating issue and throttle, also the 3x zoom is goated for portraits shot

So I am kindly asking the people that are using or used one or both of these phones to enlighten me on the matter

Hey guys I purchased iPhone 16 yesterday. All things are good. But I see the backup is low that's happening cuz it's new phone or any issues help me guys I'm totally confused

I have a difficult decision. I want to upgrade my iPhone 11 ( In a couple of months, maybe in autumn) I still love my old man, but the time has come.

I'm looking towards 16 and 17 iPhones, I'm even considering 17e. But for the most part, the choice is between 16 256gb and 17 256gb. The price is exactly the same in my country.

I like the colour of iPhone 16 (ultramarine), it's very beautiful and I liked it right away. Also, although the difference in size is insignificant, but I'm attracted by the fact that the iPhone 16 is still a little less than 17 and also weighs less (I don't know how much the difference will be felt), but i really want as compact as possible

But at the same time I realise that 17 is more profitable to buy? It's better, but I don't know how much it matters that 17 is slightly better to me, there's 120hz and so on. I've never used phones with 120Hz, as I said, I have an iPhone 11 now, so idk. And I'm not a particularly demanding user, but maybe the improvements in the 17 iPhone are worth it

And so there is a dilemma: the appearance and form factor of the phone or a more improved model for the same price

What do you think? Maybe someone also chose between these two models

Curent device:samsung galaxy a36 (256 gb) I dont really need that much storage I want the battery to last for a long time To not overheat like in 5 minutes

Hello! I just got my first iPhone 3 days ago. I am quite concerned because of how rapid the battery decrease is despite using it just for normal social media browsing [instagram, facebook, and tiktok]. I charge about 2-3x a day. Is it normal for a brand new iPhone or should I be concerned?
