Video Idea: The Tragedy of Walt Disney

Context: This clip is from the last known filmed appearance of the famous Walt Disney, filmed on October 27th, 1966. Even though he seemed alright, he would die of lung cancer less than two months later on December 15th, 1966.

This video was known as "An Evening with Walt Disney". In this video, he discussed several movies and projects in the works and even predicted the upcoming acting career of the soon to be famous actor, Kurt Russel, who was fifteen at the time.

By this point, it was already likely that he was in the advanced stages of lung cancer, and this would lead to him passing away shortly after this was filmed.

Rest in Peace, Walt Disney (1901 - 1966)

Video Idea: Anthony Spilotro

Context: (Warning: Graphic description) The person you see in the video is none other than the infamous Anthony Spilotro, a mobster from the Chicago Outfit who was in Las Vegas running a jewelry store as a front, but helping other mobsters such as Frank "Lefty" Rosenthal skim illegal profits off of his casinos, namely the Stardust, the Fremont, the Marina and the Hacienda to deliver back to the bosses in Chicago.

What made him so infamous was the crew known as the "hole in the wall" gang along with the over 20 murders Spilotro was suspected of by the FBI. The hole in the wall gang was infamous for drilling through walls or ceilings to commit burglaries but eventually he and his gang was caught in 1981. In 1983 extra murder and racketeering charges were added on too and even though he avoided prison with good legal representation (Even with members of his gang becoming informants against him), he became way too loud by the Chicago outfit and he was subsequentially killed in 1986 outside of Chicago.

This video you see is a snippet of his infamous perp walk, escorted by FBI agent Marc Kaspar in 1983, right after these extra charges were added. By this point, the Chicago outfit marked him for death.

In the 1995 movie Casino, Nicky Santoro played by Joe Pesci was based off of Anthony Spilotro. Nicky is portrayed as extremely violent and aggressive, which is how Spilotro behaved during his time. Especially within Las Vegas in the 1970s and 1980s. (Yes, he even was suspected of putting peoples heads in vises, squeezing them until their eye popped out. It's as gruesome as it sounds.)

"This easily could've been the darkest day in pro wrestling history"

In 2000. On the day of the WWE/wwf's WrestleMania 17 event. legendary wrestler Tommy dreamer had planned on taking his former mentor Paul heyman out of the gene pool with a fire arm in front of probably thousands/millions of people on live television and turning it on himself.

The reason behind this was because hey man had screwed over dreamer in the past in the wrestling organization named "ecw" which heyman owned.

Thankfully before the show dreamer was texted by fellow wrestler jim Ross who had offered him a contract to the wwe, preventing him doing this horrific act. If this incident had happened it'd most likely be the last WrestleMania and had have killed the sport of pro wrestling.
