another mass hiring case
like wtf what i did wrong to never get my name in any lottery shortlists like g**gle, spr**klr,sforce, fkart
whenever i got chance, they selected only 1-2
each rejection is making life more painful
many people were lucky they got multiple chances in these companies to sit for interviews
i never got such a chance to sit in interviews of any of these, even though i solved questions in their OA to be eligible for interviews, for sforce, that was my best chance, and they ruined all my hopes with their shit shortlisting
life feels so numb, each day, it gets worse by seeing your batch mates getting internship, and you just sitting in hope that opportunity will come, i also prepared wholeheartedly for getting internship, but whatever is happening, seems like ship has sailed, never in my clg life, i cried, please god, give me atleast one chance to sit in interviews of genuine companies, who don't come for only selecting 1-2
it hurts to see people around you celebrating and you are not able to sleep properly

I joined IIITA with one dream: to become the person my family had been waiting for. I come from an extremely poor family, and paying my college fees has never been easy. My family had to take loans just to give me the opportunity to study here. Every semester came with sacrifices, but I kept believing that one day it would all be worth it that I would get a job, pay my final semester fees on my own, support my family, and finally give them a life without constant financial fear. I never wanted luxury or anything extraordinary. I just wanted one fair chance to stand on my own feet.

But today, I feel extremely fru*t**ted and he*ple*s. Because of what I believe has been unfair treatment and a lack of transparency from the placement cell, that opportunity feels like it is being taken away from me. For someone from a financially struggling family, placement is not just a number or a line on a resume; it can determine whether we can support our families. This situation has been affecting me bdly, and I've been stru*glin to slep properly because I keep thinking about it.

I am not asking for sympathy. I am asking for fairness, transparency, accountability, and one genuine chance.

This company has come to MNIT Allahabad for Internship, but there is no such information from p cell that they will come to our college, ye pcell me sab chutmarike logg bhar rakhe hai kya, bc ek kaam hai tumhara, tumse vo bhi nahi hota, ye H and Chawal kya kar rahe hai, pata nahi kis duniya me jee rahe hai dono, itna mc clg hai kya ki companies NITA jayengi, lekin yaha nahi aayengi, where are we heading

On such a monumental day, they called her for *celebration* and decided to demean her with their constantly misogynistic remarks, which disregard anyone but their own set of people. We are already 10–12 companies short at the moment, and meanwhile other colleges are somehow calling genuinely good companies. Even Tier 2–3 colleges are doing much better in terms of companies coming for placements. Phir hum log exactly kis direction mein jaa rahe hain?

Aur ise tum effort bol rahe ho ? Ab TCS bulaoge kya? Itna wait karne ke baad bhi agar yehi level ki companies aa rahi hain, toh genuinely samajh nahi aa raha ki placement season jaa kahan raha hai.

It’s already the end of August, and the placement season is only getting worse. How are we even supposed to get placed when hardly any companies are coming in a week? I genuinely don’t think the placement situation was this bad even during the recession batch.

I understand that companies are not coming, but the people sitting in positions of responsibility have to make an effort to call more companies. Tumhari lag gayi hai, that’s understandable, and maybe it’s good for you, but we also came here to get jobs. At least have some pity on us and make some effort from your side. Because its getting worse day by day
