CRL 44K Options Advice

Hello seniors I'm a general male with CRL 44K in jee this yr Can I get cse in this college(last yr cutoff borderline case), and can I be assured that I will get IT for sure?

Also, what is the max amount of money which will be spent during 3.5-4yrs?

Are seniors helping/friendly wrt academics? How is the faculty teaching wise

Are hostels and mess food satisfactory?

About TFW fees

As a odisha candidate I am getting iiit bbsr cse tfw seat so what will be revised fees for me including hostel and mess...

And seniors what will be best for me IIIT bbsr CSE (tfw) or outr CSE( tfw) or any best clg according my rank (48k) with 75 percent in cbse (74.2🥀) odisha male.
