Bhaii state councelling mein kuch bhi milegaa? Etc bhi chalega yaar ab toh 😭 cutoffs are literally not shifting anything

I am a Gen-EWS Guy having CRL-165205(165k) and from odisha domicile(lives in Ganjam) and registered for odisha category and while registering,I was damn sure that I will get ETC by seeing the last year cutoff for mine which was 215k but now by seeing that the cutoff for EEE in round 1 was 94k,then round 2 at 105k and round 3 at 116k(Every round only 10k difference) and today in round 4 it was 119k(Like only 3k difference),I was thinking if miraculously today I get any seat then I will withdraw in OJEE & will not report at Burla but I cannot....

I got ETC branch in VSSUT Burla in round 2 of OJEE but I am not preferring bcoz of location issue,uniform issue 🤡🤡 and also my family owns a home in BBSR so my family is also preferring the city and I also wants a IIIT Tag 😅😅 and I think better peer group as many students are also from outside odisha....

Did anyone have the idea that can I get ETC or its upper branch in this clg?????

Could I keep like 80 percent attendance in cse classes?! As it is only mandatory for 75%+ attendance. Would administration complain to house for not attending even single classes or skip for whole week Sometimes?

Is education loan option available, like in other iiities (surat,nagpur) they in-campus facilities of these (SBI) , AND YES I DON'T HAVE ANY COLLATERAL AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ANY SCHOLARSHIP CAUSE FAMILY INCOME IS LITTLE ABOVE 8 LAKH GENERAL..

Iiit bbsr etc -> prepare for gate mtech vsli(placements are kinda mid for etc)

Iiit dharwad - Ai-ds(hostel conditions is horrible tho)

Iiit raichur cse( but new permanent campus has started so can be a gamble, plus placements really aren't that good)

I have a JEE Main CRL rank of around 120k and belong to the EWS category with Odisha domicile. What are my chances of getting a seat in IIIT Bhubaneswar through the Odisha category counselling? I'm especially interested in EEE/ETC. Any seniors or applicants with similar ranks, please share your opinions or experiences.

Might join etce this year depending on feedback, have heard the placement is in a very bad state, true or just fearmongering?
