I request the concerned authorities to consider changing the current director of IIIT Jabalpur. Students have been facing several issues and concerns regarding administration, academics, campus facilities, and overall student experience. A change in leadership could bring fresh perspectives, better communication, and a more student-friendly environment.

This appeal is not intended to target any individual, but to request meaningful action in the interest of the students and the institute’s future. I hope the concerns of students are heard and addressed seriously.

How was the overall difficulty and what was the general pattern?

• How was the coding section?

Come 🫴 to main point :- College me try kro 7 th sem me hi placed ho jaao kyuki 8th sem me yeh log tpr vale tumko hi bolenge ki pdhe nhi isliye nhi hua na ki yeh inn logo ne company bulayi hi nhi ..Aur tpc vgera vale sab ek group ke log h yeh apne group ko try krenge pura placed krane ka so try to be more serious in this matter ..

Last time yeh company aayi thi seriously inme se dekh lo kitni aayi h iss baar :- Mathwork (1 student )

Yeh thi total company on campus inke alawa sab off campus tha so try ki atleast yeh company toh bulaye tpr ,Aur inn tpr jinka ho chuka hai yeh sirf apne dosto ka krana chahenge not more than .Try kro off campus bhi baaki yeh college mc h Jo mile le Lena starting me kyuki humare batch me bhut logo ke sath hua h vo dusri company me intern krke aaye aur unko vha ppo nhi diya toh unki dusri bhi gyi ....Apne senior jo inn company me h unko message kro linkedin, instagram, whatsapp jo Krna h kro ki kya scene h unki company me aise bhut help milti h aur jo bhi jaata h .

tldr; dum hai toh jaake personally baat karo logo sey aur sort karo, yaha rr karke, name drop karke, kuch ni hone wala hai, grow the fuck up.

This sub surely welcomes criticisms on all and everything in the institute infact it's the only thing we probably all have in common. Though this can be done anonymously and there is no reason to name drop and single out people on the sub. The people posting such comments still do it from their anonymous accounts themselves hiding behind veils while naming out everyone else. I don't know what to call it but cowardice.

If you say the TPRs aren't doing a good job, even I agree with you. I agree the placements have taken a hit and maybe there is an issue from their side also but abusing them online on reddit certainly doesn't make you a hero if you think you can do better go on and step up to help them. If you come across posts from companies on linkedin or elsewhere have you thought about sharing the names or details with TPRs?

The TPRs themselves should also take constructive criticism yes but right now you are giving them an excuse by abusing they can just brush it off saying "ye bakchodi hai". Actual constructive criticism do and then if they turn a blind eye to it you can pressure them further.

If you think people cheat, where again I personally have experienced such instances, Go on talk to TPRs talk to people in placement office, mail the placement office about it. Posting on reddit with their names again does nothing for it.

So if you have a problem with the people in this institute i think a better act would be to get your courage and actually do something about it instead of posting on reddit. If you have a problem with the administration and feel it's high time you do something, surely you are welcome to discuss here but keep it anonymous. Any name drops while hiding behind anonymity yourself just makes you a coward and the sub is not a place for such people, the comments containing name drops will be deleted.

We all know the people who are responsible for institutional corruption, politics and malpractices in the college. yet every batch has chosen to remain silent.

Something needs to be done or this college is a sinking ship which will take good hard working kids with itself.
