I’m from the 2025 batch, so I only spent a year under Vinaash. I still remember his first open house, when I told my friends that he might end up being one of the darker chapters of the institute, while they were optimistic about his lofty promises.
After seeing the video of the recent open house and reading so many posts here, I’m wondering if that prediction is unfortunately coming true.
For those currently in college, what is the situation actually like on the ground? And what are students planning to do now?
The iit jodhpur director has reached another low, even to the point of saying that "IIT is not a development centre and that you don't come here to develop but to gain education"
FFS guys this guy has also promised to close placement committee, and even imposed fucking restrictions on every single thing and takes no accountability, only passes derogatory comments!!

I am from 3rd year and i myself loved this institute only because of the people (seniors and friends) but ab this shit administration ne usey overcome kar diya hai. I cannot hate this institute more now. Private journalists ya jo bhi ho, sab tak baat pahuchao ki yahan kya chal rha ha. Take that post for reference jisme white board pe likha tha. And aisi baat nhi hai ki proofs nhi hain is chutiye diro ke against. Aila wala case, Devan wala case and many more. And to the B26 batch itna manipulate mat ho.
