Just wanted to share some quick outdoor workout motivation from my morning walk in New York City. 🏙️
No gym needed when you can find a solid street corner light fixture.💎⛏️
Knocked out a decent set of 12 chinups (underhand grip). 💪🏽
What is your current max set for strict chinups and do you prefer indoor gym training or outdoor calisthenics? 🤔

My tummy & chest is very disappointing :(
They stubborn af
I see they are not stiff anymore but they soft and flabby
10k steps everyday, 4l water, protein intake, calorie deficit, 7 hr sleep, weight training ( just dumbbells for now ) , no sugar, no junk food
