My last 4 YouTube Shorts suddenly stopped getting Shorts Feed distribution. What changed?
Hi everyone,
I'm looking for some advice because I'm genuinely confused about what's happening with my channel.
I run a small 3D animation Shorts channel (225 subscribers). Over the last 28 days, my channel has:
250K+ views
346 hours watch time
92.6% of views from the Shorts feed
Some of my recent successful Shorts reached:
37K views
35K views
25K views
22K views
21K views
However, my last four Shorts have all performed terribly (around 100-150 views, and today's upload has only 14 views after nearly an hour).
The strange part is the analytics:
100% "Stayed to Watch"
0% Swiped Away (early data)
Most views are coming from Notifications and Browse.
Today's Short has received only 1 Shorts Feed view, so it feels like YouTube isn't even testing it.
I haven't changed anything:
Same upload schedule
Same editing style
Same video length
Same music
Same quality
Same niche (3D satisfying jelly physics animations)
I know not every Short goes viral, but seeing 4 uploads in a row barely getting Shorts Feed distribution seems unusual.
Has anyone experienced this?
Is this just a normal Shorts distribution slump?
Could YouTube temporarily stop testing new uploads?
Is there anything in my analytics that suggests a problem?
Should I keep uploading normally, or change my content strategy?
I'd really appreciate advice from creators who have experienced something similar. Thanks!

I run a travel and event vlogging channel, and this is my 14th video. In my past content, I relied heavily on voiceovers (75%–100%). This is my very first video with 0% voiceover! I also brought on a vlogging partner for the first time to make the video more interactive.
I would love your honest feedback
Does the video flow well without a voiceover?
How is the chemistry with the partner?
Does the thumbnail make you want to click?

How to small content creators seek brands?
My niche is travel, adventure and riding. I have 3.5k followers on IG and 500 subs on YT.
How do I go about finding the perfect brand aligned to my niche and how much do I charge them? My audience is majorly Indian and I speak in Hindi as well as English.
I've tried out affiliate marketing and honestly it's a waste of time. I want to collab and integrate brand in my videos. I also like to break riding and travel related records. I have already broken 2 and have many more in mind. Need sponsors to attempt breaking the record. How do I find these brands?

Guys how to increase my booktube content
Hii! I started youtube on 25th december and now its almost 7 months. I have 253 subscribers. In initial days I really got a lot of views and subscribers but afrom 15 march my subscribers increase had died and if gain 5 subscribers then i lose to and hence my subscribers are stuck between 250 to 260. Also i forgot to mention i post book related stuffs book reviews and all. I have seen many creators staring much later from me and gaining 20k subscribers in just a month is kinda demotivating me. I want to do youtube because i want to pay for my hobbies on my own and not depend on my parents because I'm a student. Help

This is my 7 years old channel erned sold 2.5 lakh inr from it and stopped creating videos for the pas 1 to 1.5 years back. Now thinking to start again .
