They drive the whole way up the bike/pedestrian path, and then take a sharp right up to the pedestrian flyover over the Con Colbert Road 🤣 I didn't stick around as I was on the school run but I imagine they they had to reverse back the entire way again

Can you report someone breaking a red light? Have dashcam footage
As per the title. Normally I wouldn’t be arsed but I was behind some clown this morning who was driving a bit erratically, looking to overtake when it wasn’t on etc. Anyway , I was behind him and coming up to lights that went red he went straight through. Didn’t cause any accident or near miss, but his behaviour just annoyed me.
Can I report and provide dashcam footage?
If yes & Gardai decide to prosecute do I need to appear as a witness etc. where my name will be public etc? As I think the car owner may be in the same town as me.
