I know Kate down plays her service in the Marine Corps. And whenever Chaps comes on he talks about it. But to put it into perspective, in one of the courses you need to take in order to get the next rank in the Marine Corps and become an NCO, you have to read about female Marines and the Lioness program and their impact on the Marine Corps. And I’m sitting here taking the course and I couldn’t believe it but there’s literally a picture of her on the first page. So literally every single United States Marine that wants to become a Sergeant, has to look at a picture of Kates face. She is a bad ass Marine. And she’s great on the yak. 10X

EDIT: Whoa, tons of comments; didn't expect the discourse. I think my confusion stemmed from the fact that Mintzy would see three shows in three nights. I didn't realize Jam Band culture had folks go multiple times in a row. Figured one set would be similar to all sets for that given tour.
