OpenGOAL On switch new release

Hi guys a quick reminder I’m not part of the openGOAL team I’m working alone on this fork and I do it on my free time for free!

Here a quick update the engine now has +100 fixes I reached 720p 30fps performances across all games it was A LOT of was had to put FSR 1, compress texture there is a full list on GitHub anyway u need to re extract the game

Next release the NRO will extract the iso 😏
