I am trying to legally get Flock cameras out of this city but have no clue where to start. Ive never done something like this and I don't know anybody who has. Google isn't much help, neither are the official documents. I've even tried calling government legal officials to ask them but no one wants to answer their phone.
Where do I start?
If you’re into mushrooms, foraging, or just spending time in the woods, I wanted to share this!
The Missouri Mycological Society is hosting Brad’s Fall Foray September 17–20 at Knob Noster State Park.
It’s basically four days of mushroom hunting, learning, eating, and hanging out with a bunch of people who get way too excited when they find something cool growing on a log. 😂🍄
We’ve got a pretty incredible lineup this year, including guided mushroom forays, mushroom ID, expert speakers, a native plant hike, wild foods, workshops, vendors, bonfires, good food, and plenty of time in the woods.
You definitely don’t need to be a mushroom expert. Beginners are welcome, and honestly, a foray is one of the best ways to learn because you’re actually out finding mushrooms with people who know what they’re looking at.

If anyone has questions about the event, what a mushroom foray is like, lodging, or anything else, I’m happy to answer them!
Anyone has experience working at central bank in their office environment? Wanted to gage what it was like working there.
My family and I are relocating to Missouri in the Fall of 2026 from out of state, trying to decide between Jeff City or Columbia or surrounding areas. Any thoughts would be helpful! For context I am a mom of 2 going to be SAHM.
Hi all! I got tired of hunting through a dozen Facebook groups just to find out what’s happening around town, so I built jcmotoday.com to pull it all into one spot. Started as a way to test out some AI building skills, but now I actually use it myself.
Still rough around the edges — if you spot something missing or have an event I should add, let me know! Just trying to make it a little easier to know what’s going on in JC. 🙂
