i had reached out to crate and barrel, just inquiring about the shipping extension. my order was supposed to arrive the end of august, then september, and then november..! so i called and was told the item is completely unavailable and there was a ‘chance’ it would be again in november. they gave me the option to wait for it which i agreed to but after i got off the phone, they sent a cancellation my way.

i’d say check on ur smudge monkey orders if you ordered at the start of august! i placed the order when the monkey was still fully ‘in stock’ on august 7th, so i worry for those that placed it afterwards when it was on pre-order! i wouldn’t have found out had i not called. :(

I’m so blind to fakes. Need to rate this seller. If anyone could give me a definitive answer to their authenticity. I’m like 80% sure they’re real. Any expert can confirm?

hi, so I’m still a newer Jellycat collector and still learning the in’s and out’s. I looked online at a tag guide and now I’m wondering if my Zodihop I bought secondhand is fake. I’ll still keep her either way, I’m just curious. thank you in advance💝

The thick tag string is throwing me off.

My collection at 16! I started collecting in December 2024 when I got Timmy Turtle in a small shop in the UK (I live in Australia). Ever since then I have been expanding my collection. It turns out three of my childhood toys are Jellycats! The two very well loved bunnies on the very left of the top shelf (yes that is supposed to be white) and the pig that looks like it has chicken pox! I have bought all of these myself using my own money, and usually buy secondhand, giving them a new loving home. And yes, I do take off most of their tags and sleep with them (after a good wash).

Some of my favourites are Dwayne 'The Frog' Johnson (Ricky Rain frog in a rubber ring), Benedict Cucumberbatch (Brooke Otter), Oscar Pias-tree (Pine Tree), Philomena Chunk (Bartholomew Bear), Chip Chippity (Amuseable chip named after him chim chiminey)and of course, Timothee Shellamet (Timmy Turtle)

I found this lovely Diplodocus on Vinted as I'm collecting Dinosaurs I had to order her! She looks very loved but I'm not really confident in my skill to authenticate older jellycats (without the SKU labels) does anyone here have her and can compare her for me? <3

hi! ive bought a jellycat from a brand before and it was the normal bashful bunny and the furr was so soft!! ive ordered the hoppleston luxe from Noon, and it came with the dust bag but the furr is rough and the head looks weird and the stuffing is firm. whereas my other jellycat is soft. so i was wondering if its real or do i return it

when i was little i collected a lot of jellycats and i only recently discovered theres a demand for them , i was wondering if any are rare at all ? they’re all authentic but i dont plan to sell them !! ones at the bottom are ones i was gifted more recently

I’m not sure my schnauzer jellycat is authentic. His bottom tags are different from others in my collection and his string connecting to the hangtags is also weird.

New to Jellycat, and found this absolutely adorable elephant!

The title on FB marketplace says “Jellycat Original Bashful Luxe Elephant Thaddeus” and they’re asking 120$. Before I message them, I was wondering if it’s legit? Only jelly cat I’ve ever bought was from the website itself, so I’m clueless!
