Best prop firm for low spreads?

Can anyone recommend a trusted prop firm with zero or very low spreads on major Forex pairs?

I trade with very tight stop losses, so spreads are extremely important. Looking for firms with good execution, fair conditions, and reliable payouts.

Would love to hear your recommendations and experiences.

I Was Scammed In Prop Trading: What Should I Do?

Finding yourself a victim of a prop trading scam can be a devastating experience, impacting both your finances and your trust in the trading community. The emotional fallout, coupled with the financial loss, can feel overwhelming. This guide from JoinProp provides a clear, actionable roadmap to navigate the aftermath of a scam, empowering you to take immediate steps toward recovery and prevent future incidents. Proprietary trading, or prop trading, involves trading with a firm’s capital after passing an evaluation. While many legitimate firms offer valuable opportunities, the industry’s rapid growth has unfortunately attracted fraudulent entities. Understanding the difference between a legitimate firm’s strict rules and outright fraud is the first critical step in your recovery.

  1. Confirm it was fraud - not just a rules violation.
  2. Document everything using the 4-Evidence Rule.
  3. Demand resolution from the firm in writing.
  4. File a chargeback with your card issuer or PayPal.
  5. Report the firm to the FTC, CFTC, FCA, or your regulator.
  6. Warn the community with documented facts.
  7. Learn the red flags to avoid the next scam.
  8. Escalate legally when the loss is worth it.

Should professional traders use prop firms?

I've been thinking about this lately. If you're already a professional trader, you probably have enough capital to trade your own account without having to follow challenge rules or give up a share of your profits.

At the same time, prop firms let you scale your capital without putting more of your own money at risk, so I can also see why experienced traders would still use them.

What do you think? If you were already a consistently profitable trader, would you still use prop firms, or would you only trade your own capital?

'Which prop firm is best for retail traders just getting started?' is one of the most frequently asked questions in prop trading. And the answer is always the same: the best prop firm is simply the one whose rules fit how you actually trade.
