Haul shipped on the first of August and still not left the warehouse in china apparently, is this normal?

Hi so I'm purchasing this shirt that weighs 300 g but the shipping is really unreal 70$+ for a shirt is a scam and it also says that the estimated weight is 2000g+ so how can I fix this

If you have any better batch recommendations for these please let me know

3 weeks ago I ordered some things on kakobuy and did a rehearsal. It came down to 6kg and after the rehearsal there was another parcel added, the one of 250g. I didn't make much of it as the one of 6kg was shipped. Today I received the parcel of 250g, no signs of my 6kg parcel. This has never happened to me so I don't know what to do, can someone help? 🙏
