How long until it takes for the warehouse to receive it and send it back? It was returned by customs

Just received this 27KG summer haul and I'm honestly impressed with how everything turned out. The quality exceeded my expectations on most pieces, with good materials, clean stitching, accurate prints, and solid embroidery. Sizing was mostly TTS, and everything fits well after trying it on.

The haul includes a mix of essentials and statement pieces: Moncler swim shorts, adidas shorts, Chrome Hearts jeans, Carhartt camo shorts, Stone Island knit, Stüssy tee and baseball jersey, Burberry tee, Ralph Lauren cable knit polo, Prada polo, BAPE tee, Nike windbreaker, MM6 tee, Moncler tee, Brazil jersey, Chrome Hearts knit, Maison Margiela shorts, Hermès sandals, Prada sunglasses, Goyard card holder, and a cap.

Shipping took a reasonable amount of time, everything arrived safely with no missing items, and packaging was done well. Overall, I'm really happy with this haul and I'd rate it around 9.5/10. A few minor flaws here and there, but nothing noticeable enough to bother me.

I purchased a haul on kakobuy I am yet to receive the order as it did say 7 to 10 days. I haven’t received any updates and the package was shipped on 18 June 2026.

Any ideas on what may have happened?

Just received this 27KG summer haul and I'm really happy with how everything turned out. The haul includes a nice mix of streetwear and everyday essentials—hoodies, tees, shorts, jackets, polos, accessories, and more.

Everything arrived in good condition with solid packaging. Most pieces have great material quality, accurate sizing, and clean stitching. Standout items for me are the leather jacket, Stüssy tee, Supreme tee, Moncler shorts, Ralph Lauren quarter zip, Ami tee, and the embroidered button-up shirt.

Overall, this was a balanced haul with a mix of budget and higher-end pieces

how long does it take for the flight to land? and why doesn’t it let me check shipping updates on 17track? i’m shipping to italy and it has been 4 days since the flight departed.

Really happy with these grey Essentials shorts. The QC pictures looked excellent, and all the details checked out before shipping. The color is clean, the logo placement looks accurate, and the material feels comfortable and high quality. They arrived much faster than I expected, which made the experience even better. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the quality and would definitely order through Kakobuy again.
