So in round 2 mock allotment I got alloted to rnsit cse branch, when i checked the cutoffs I figured out I can get cse/ai and ml in bnmit too, since the option entry is still open should I choose bnmit over rnsit , the only thing I am worried about rnsit is the the huge intake and the amount of competition I have to go through for placements 😭, my rank is 17xxx, drop your perspective.

the provisional results are out and ive gotten pes ec aiml. I missed pes ec cs by about 20 ranks and i think ill get it in the next round. But i think i could also get aiml or other allied branches in bms too. Now im confused if i should just take pes ec or try for bms. There are pros and cons in both like pes ec is quite far for me but there are better placements in pes overall. bms is a tier 1 college but the intake is very high and dont know how itll affect placements. i dont know what to do😭😭

I will most probably end up in bmsce thru kcet..previously through jee (97%ile)I got Nit surthakal civil..but I decided to surrender the seat nd withdraw from Councelling..this is eating me alive Idk how good a choice that was...the kcet cut offs are brutal this yr.. I was so confident ill get a good branch in bmsce but now am not even completely sure..Myt have to settle for pes ec..but still there is a good chance I Myt get cs bs in bms .........the real question is ,are there any opportunities that I will miss out on despite having skills just because I am not from a top nit..or will I be less favoured..I wanted to ask seniors if they have faced any situations where they lost/got opportunities because of this clg nd if its valid for me to soo bothered by the choice I made....Do I take a partial drop nd write jee again?..how do I redeem myslef Idk how to cope

Hi guys,I cleared Neet last year and I belong to Ktaka.I am studying in Esic Blr currently. If anyone need a review abt the Gmcs and Govt seats in Private Clgs hmu. As per my understanding right now this is what I can provide

1. Bmcri: The best clg in Ktaka obv.The academics is very good as expected.The only slight downside is the hostel.Apart from that everything is very good.

2. Mmcri(Mysuru Medical College): I'd say the 2nd best in Karnataka currently. Good academically and also the hostels are great. Hostels are newly built and also 1/2 new buildings for Opd I think, as part of 100years completions.College life and culture is also very good, like very decent. Mess is good.

3)Esic Bengaluru: Really good compared to earlier, new apartment complex for hostels, which are honestly really good. Great academics and focused more on studies. The only downside is no mess and 1year bond, but with very good pay, it is one of the best right now, I'd say 4th best right now.

4)Sabvmcri(Shri Atal Bihari): Good infrastructure,but it is new. The academics is okayish,you will have to study by yourself more. The hostel is also ok,not great, 3ppl in a small room. The hospital is good only though.But no alumni batches for connections.Mess is okay.

5)MS.Ramaiah: Very good I'd say in all aspects.The best private college and 3rd best in Karnataka prob.The hostels are damn good,no need to say. Mess is also very good.Just a bit higher fees, but justifiable. Very good college life and connections.

Ask if you want information about any others Gmcs.
