I’m looking to buy a set of hello kitty key caps for my wife for our anniversary, woulda came here soon had I known this forum exists (I should’ve… it’s reddit), anywho I’m looking for a keycap set by someone who is reputable that may be able to ship it out before the 20th.

Question: I'm trying to find a genuinely premium keycap set for a Wooting 60HE v2 ANSI Split / black OW60 build.

My preference is:

• Cherry profile
• 1.6mm+ PBT
• Doubleshot preferred, high-quality dye-sub is fine
• Opaque / non-shine-through
• 2.75u + 1.25u + 2.25u actual spacebars, preferably convex
• Black / charcoal / dark grey, with optional restrained red accents

I'm also willing to consider GMK/premium ABS even though it falls outside the ideal PBT/thickness spec if the quality and colourway are worth it.

Research: I've already gone through a lot of WS PBT, NicePBT, KAP/Keyreative, PBTfans and GMK sets. The thing that keeps catching me out is manufacturers saying "Alice compatible" or "split spacebars" without actually confirming a 1.25u spacebar alongside the 2.25u and 2.75u bars.

I'm in the UK, happy to order internationally, but ideally need something available within around 7-14 days without the landed cost becoming silly. No real budget ceiling if the set is worth it.

Are there any premium manufacturers, older sets, obscure kits or separate spacebar kits I should be looking at?

Ok, I need someone why actually has an eye for design. I, for some reason, fell in love with the colors of the key cap set shown here. However, my husband (a hobbyist mechanical keyboard builder) won’t let me get them because he says they are cheap and bad. So I have a silly idea to purchase a custom set where I individually indicate the color of every key….

I tried translating the colors directly to a simplified layout, but 1) the layout of my keyboard means certain columns would be removed causing disjointed areas, and 2) I would prefer slightly more color differentiation in the top right and bottom left. So here is my attempt….. but I keep seeing areas where I’m like “is that right?”. So do any areas stand out to anyone as being not quite right?

(Note: I am NOT a graphic designer and have no design tools. I just used PowerPoint and sometimes averaging RGB color values. So if you have a suggested fix that’s all I’ve got to work with, sorry!)

Not an ad, but i run a keyboard business.

Living in France, the demand for ISO-FR keycaps is insane and the lack of market availability for alternative layouts that are not ANSI is very concerning.

Does anyone have recommendations for sources to find ISO keycaps? They have been my #1 struggle.

I found it necessary to replace the original keycap on the Caps Lock with a pudding keycap, as the illumination was not sufficiently prominent.

My current setup includes a Rainy75 Pro keyboard and Kailh Cocoa switches.

I am considering purchasing the Keychron print-side double-shot PBT keycaps with an OSA profile. Has anyone had experience with these?
