Why would one input work and the other not

Is the 5 frames? Do inputs must be shorter than 5 frames? Was the whole input too long? Did I press the button too early?

Joytoy Masters Team revealed

Looks like late nov release date.

Honestly, I'm all in with these and have all so far... but the masters team was the one I was dreading. I hate Saisyu and mostly indifferent on Takuma. Now I have to figure out if I'm going to get all teams for completion or just grab Heidern and be happy?

Decided to hop on KOF XII..Yeah it's not as bad as I remember it to be 🤔, wonder why. Is 70ms-ish Latency online normally unplayable?

Update 1: I played a few more games that is in the high 60s Getting some minor twitch here and there but a lot better than before. This game is so awesome.

When playing on COTW, I felt that 70ms-80ms is still somewhat playable but when i tried it on KOF XV and it was so bad we both did not rematch.

I tried one in 40 range and it seemed okay but it took maybe 20 minutes or more to finally find one even with 3 bar minimum connection speed.

Location: Toronto, Canada, Rank: Lvl 7, Cross Platform: On, Region: all

If the net code is not as good then maybe I should save my time for the next KOF as it seems like a pretty awesome game. :(

KOF XIII Global Match won't boot on laptop

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this question, but here goes.

I recently bought an ASUS Zenbook A14 laptop with a Snapdragon X Plus ARM-based processor.

My operating system is Windows 11 Home.

Anytime I attempt to open The King of Fighters XIII Global Match on my laptop, it will load and then open briefly to a completely white screen, and then it closes immediately.

I understand that Windows Prism is needed to translate the game for my system, but I'm not sure how to get it to work.

I've tried:

Steam launch option commands (-w, -v, -r, -a, -bcore)
Verified Game Integrity
Configured Compatibility Settings (Run as Admin, changed architecture settings, etc)
Turned off Steam Overlay
Transfered the game file into a smaller partition.

I'm willing to accept the game being incompatible with my system, but I wanted to know if there was anything else I could try.
