Affordable and reliable confidential STI/STD testing in Kottayam?
Hi guys I’m looking for recommendations for a reliable and affordable hospital or diagnostic lab in Kottayam for STI/STD testing.
Privacy and confidentiality are very important to me, so I’d prefer a place that is professional, discreet, and respectful of patient privacy.

DBMCI KOCHI(face to face)-Stanza living kochi🤮-kottayam academics (read full)
Dear Stanza Living(kochi) Team and Bhatia management-kottayam academics . posting this letter in reddit, so that every NEET PG aspirants can know how truely blessed we are and you don't have an option to delete, like you do in google reviews😌
I hope this letter finds you basking in the same comfort and hygiene that we, the residents, have dreamed of—but sadly, never experienced.
Let me begin by truly appreciating how you've merged the thrills of camping, wildlife exploration, and survival challenges—all within the four walls of a hostel.
The lift, lovingly resting in peace for weeks (or has it been months?), has been a blessing in disguise—what better way to build leg muscle and lung capacity than a daily climb to the 4th floor? Thanks for helping us save gym money!
The fridge has become a true archaeological site. We suspect there's a yogurt cup from 1947 still thriving in there.
The mess area, with its wastewater puddles, and bonus rat appearances and food shortages only add to the excitement of staying here.
Our deepest gratitude also goes out for the waste disposal delays. There’s nothing quite like watching a mountain of garbage grow majestically over the week. Very eco-chic.
And about the room cleaning and repairs—we understand delays happen. Maybe your cleaning team is stuck in the broken lift? Just a guess.
Lastly, the water supply shortage was a bold move. Encouraging mindfulness by making us count every drop—genius. Special mention to insects riched protein meals served most of the days.
In summary, thank you for turning basic living conditions into a full-fledged dystopian experience for this cheap rent of 15000 for a double sharing room.We came for studying but you people turned it into survival boot camp.special thanks to the uselessly efficient staff also. Please continue your adventures.
Warm regards.with love, a poor trapped doctor🙂
Introducing GovtExamsKerala - A Community For Kerala Government Exam Aspirants
Hi everyone!
We recently created r/GovtExamsKerala, (https://www.reddit.com/r/GovtExamsKerala/) a community for students in Kerala preparing for Kerala PSC, SSC, Banking, Railways, UPSC, and other competitive exams.
The goal is to build a place where aspirants can share notifications, study resources, preparation tips, and doubts, and help each other out.
The subreddit is still new, but we're already gaining members and have started seeing useful discussions and resource sharing.
We're also planning to host AMA sessions in future with people who have successfully cleared these exams and are currently working in state or central government jobs.
If you're preparing for any government exam, feel free to join. And if you know someone who might find it useful, please share it with them.
Thanks to the moderators of r/KeralaSpeaks for giving us this opportunity to introduce the community here.🙏
Hope to see some of you there!

People are smoking inside Anand theatre
I went to the 08:45 PM Jana Nayagan show yesterday and some 3-4 drunk people in their 20s sitting in this show in a row near to the screen are smoking while the movie is being played during the first half and also in the second half. Witnessed that some absolute scumbags are present in Kottayam too. Don't know why some youth are wasting their own lives...

Is anything planned in Kottayam tomorrow (July 24) for the nationwide protest against police brutality?
Hey everyone,
Saw this poster circulating online calling for a nationwide peaceful protest tomorrow (Friday, 24th July 2026) in every district, standing in solidarity with students who faced police brutality during the recent demonstrations.
Given that Kottayam has a massive student/aspirant community and several major colleges, I was wondering:
Is there any gathering, rally, or peaceful demonstration planned anywhere in Kottayam tomorrow (e.g., Gandhi Square, Collectorate, or near college campuses like CMS/MGU)?
Are any local student unions or youth groups organizing or taking part in this?
If anyone has any information about timings, locations, or group chats organizing for Kottayam, please drop details below.
Shouldn't we do something?
Not to compare but there are protests and gatherings organised in Kochi, Tvm and Kozhikode.. Shouldn't we do something as well.
Please comment if you know if there are any events organised by colleges in and around Kottayam.

Need responses from Navi Mumbai residents for my PhD research (5-minute anonymous survey)
Hi everyone,
I'm a PhD Research Scholar from the College of Legal Studies, COER University, and I'm conducting academic research on public opinion regarding regulated cannabis legalization in India.
I'm trying to include responses from different cities, so I'm looking for participants from Navi Mumbai who are 18 years or older.
The survey:
- Takes about 5 minutes
- Is completely anonymous
- No email or personal information is collected
- This is purely for academic research
Whether you support legalization, oppose it, or are undecided, your opinion is equally important. I'm looking for honest responses from people with different backgrounds and viewpoints.
Thank you for your time. I really appreciate the help from the Navi Mumbai community!
What's your dating experience in kottayam ?
Guys share your experience below
Also you can use the comment section for Blind dating 👀😉
After today’s heavy crackdown at Jantar Mantar, why hasn't the NEET/CJP student movement gained massive street traction in Kerala (despite small gatherings like Kochi)?
Hey everyone,
If you’ve been following the news today (July 20), things escalated sharply during the CJP's 'Chalo Sansad' march demanding accountability over the NEET paper leaks and exam system failures.
Around Jantar Mantar and Parliament, security forces resorted to severe lathi charges, tear gas, and localized internet shutdowns to disperse thousands of student demonstrators. We’ve seen similar high-energy youth turnouts across states like Maharashtra (Mumbai, Nagpur), Gujarat (Ahmedabad), and even solidarity rallies by student groups in cities like Berlin and Toronto.
Even locally, there was a solidarity gathering reported at Gandhi Peace Foundation in Kacheripady, Kochi today, drawing a decent turnout of young people and students voicing their support. But compared to the massive scale of student mobilizations Kerala is historically capable of, these actions haven't dominated the mainstream local news cycle or turned into a state-wide mass movement.
Given how high Kerala’s candidate density is for competitive exams like NEET, a few questions for the sub:
- Media & Mainstream Coverage: Why do localized gatherings like the one in Kochi today struggle to get sustained mainstream coverage or political momentum across the state?
- Union Dynamics: Are Kerala's established political student unions (SFI, KSU, ABVP, MSF) reluctant to back independent/civil student movements like CJP, preferring to run their own separate party-line campaigns?
