Okay, so I have a fictional AU for CORTIS where they're a coed group. I love creating fictional groups, and l've always had this thought that CORTIS would be a FIRE coed group, so that's what I'm trying to come up with. (And I might write a few fanfics with this group once I determine the members)

For now, I have Gawon (MEOVV), Ella (MEOVV), and Haeun (UNCHILD) as additions to the group.

I need at least 1 other member, so does anybody have any 5th-gen girl idols that could work with CORTIS' concept? Also, should my group have 8 or 9 members?

If there are 8, there will be 3 girls, and if there are 9, there will be 4 girls.

Also also, for my fanfics, should I use the chosen idols as face claims and make my own characters or should I use the actual idols?

i really love “hurricane in paradise” and “walking through a world gone blind” by annie_vi so i was wondering if any1 had recs similar to them in terms of disabilities and fluff. personally, the fics were written very well and i could understand that the author took meticulous planning and research into deaf and blind culture! i really want to delve into the culture more. hi! basically what the title says. i found a pretty promising minsung hockey/skating fic but it realllyyyy felt like it was written or edited with ai (womp womp). i really liked the premise of it though, so if anyone has recs pls let me know! any fandom is welcome, but i am biased towards skz or atz <3

Years ago, around 2017 I read this one fanfic about Jimin & Yoongi from BTS. I remember they were childhood best friends and had a lot of tension between them. Yoongi had a rough home life and was kicked out I think? He ended up being sex trafficked and it got really dark and heavy. Jimin tried to save him from it. That’s about as far as it was developed when I read it.. idk I know it’s a reach but I was told by some friends to ask around here and maybe someone would recognize it? 🥲 I’m so curious how it ended after all this time.

Oh my. I have no idea where to start. I think I just found one of the best written fics I have ever read. I wish so badly that I could purchase a hard copy of this. I wish an agency would reach out to the author and make it into a series. I just had to tell authors in small fandoms….PLEASE keep writing. And readers, don’t just look at the more recent tabs. I just found a fic that was finished MONTHS ago and I have never been more obsessed. I wish the author would go out of anon so I can follow them on social media. If I had millions I would beg for them to make a tv show. I’ll settle for YouTube!

I LOVE reading poly ships, but by god, are they hard to write!

I'm currently trying to figure out a SKZ witch coven fic, and it's just, really hard to choose who to to slot into what scene? And I feel like my characterisation is just off, I don't know if I'm overthinking it. It feels like some people make writing poly genuinely seem so effortless, when it's truly not, it's honestly very admirable. How on earth are y'all doing it? Any morsel of advice is much appreciated, how exactly does one juggle 8 people in a fic?

I kinda stopped after not being in any fandoms, but it has always been a activity i wanted to pick up and try out, except... MY ENGLISH KIND SUCKS so it makes it all the more difficult to structure sentences to make my stories sound more interesting. so with that, is anyone down to e writing buddies? so we can motivate each other to start writing and possibly even give each other times (i would love to receive them)

Hope this kind of post is okay here especially since it’s my first time posting! Me and a friend are thinking about starting a podcast/channel discussing K-pop fanfiction, and we wanted honest feedback from the community before we commit to it!

The content would be podcast-style discussions, reactions, trope talk, recommendations, chaotic moments, etc. The fanfics would cover different genres and could sometimes include mature/18+. This is purely out of love and bonding over the ‘kicking your feet and squealing moments’ and wanting to create a community around it.

We’re also considering keeping any more mature bonus content on Patreon purely with the purpose of filtering any possible under age people. A few questions:

1. Would you personally be interested in this kind of content?
2. Which platform would you most likely watch/listen on? (YouTube, TikTok, Spotify, etc.)
3. Which K-pop groups/fandoms would you most want us to cover?
4. We’d genuinely appreciate honest feedback 🫶

1. We would never be giving reviews or any sort of comparisons or rating systems of any kind
2. We would NEVER discuss an author’s work without their explicit consent and content would be shown to authors prior posting anywhere.
3. It’s NEVER the intention to profit off someone’s hard work and their property, the idea of a paid subscription came up as to try and keep the access of possible 18+ content somewhat restricted for underage users.
4. Finally, this is an idea born of our love for fanfictions and the community around it.

I really want to continue writing but seem to have 0 plot ideas at the moment. Can anyone help? I love fun stuff, some canon comp or occasionally some AUs, yearning, getting together.

OKAY so im looking for a fic that im pretty sure has been deleted or something of the sort but basically the main plot points is a/b/o and jungkook came from some other territory, and i dont remember how but he ended up at the place jimin was which i think was akin to a palace? jimin had some kind of ability with his scent? that made him keep guard of jungkook who was captive, VERY enemies to lovers. there was also past yoongi/jungkook and some war conflict that happened towards the end of the fic. now that i think about it i think it had something to do with like omegas being superior or something to alphas, and the place jungkook came from was planning to like overthrow the palace which the overthrowing was led by yoongi? LMAO im not sure it’s a little murky butttt i hope this rings a bell for someone, i read this once maybe like a year ago? and just remembered it but couldn’t find it 😭

Hi everyone! I’m not sure if I used the correct flair, but as the title suggests, I’m wondering if it’s okay to publish a fic for a group that’s currently facing a lot of controversy.

For context, I’m nearly finished writing a RIIZE fanfic that features all the members. I’m incredibly proud of this work because it’s the first multi-chaptered story I’ve actually committed to completing. My plan was to publish it on both AO3 and Wattpad and do some promotion, as I was really hoping for the work to be recognized.

I was so focused on writing that I decided to take a short break when I was only a few chapters away from the end. That’s when the whole RIIZE fiasco happened—the Eunseok Bubble messages, the Sungchan playlist, and Anton and Shotaro playing Charlie Brown songs, all within the span of a few days.

As a fan, I was really hurt by their actions. But then I remembered I have this nearly finished fic sitting there, and now I’m in a total dilemma.

Should I change the characters to a different boy group? Should I just shelve the fic in the basement indefinitely? Or should I go ahead and publish it anyway?

I’ve put so much heart and soul into this, but I don't want to be tone-deaf or cause issues. I would love to hear your opinions and see what you all think!
