I just pulled a battle honor in our Dominatus campaign that gives a unit +2 movement and I'm torn as to which unit to put it on. I already have a 6 man rampager squad that has infiltrate and I'm debating giving the +2 movement to either my other 6 man rampager squad or to my 20 man carnivore squad that has a trailshaper with the nomadic hunter enhancement. On the one hand 9 inch rampagers are terrifying but on the other a 20 man carnivore squad with 12 inch movement and assault just sounds so incredibly useful.

Played a game against GSC over the weekend and my hounds were the absolute heros of the hour. A 10 man unit tied up a Hellhound and LR Battle tank for two rounds giving my carnivores and rampagers time to get up the board to take objectives and eventually destroy both tanks in melee.

I have an extra Rampager sprue any ideas what I should/could kitbash them into?

I'm building my T'au list up to 2000pts. I really like playing Recon, I used to play it with RetCad+ACC but since the last data slate upate, can't anymore.

Had a look at Kauyon, but did get excited, so decided to give KHP a go in a 500 and 1K games, and I really liked the play style !

Since I already had the Kroot combat patrol, I figured out it would be a good starting point.
I also own Farsight RetCad box, the Twin Lance, a Farstlaker and Vespids KT boxes and the T'au combat patrol.

Since Recon needs movement, speed and actions shenenigans, here's my proposed list

I'm not so sure about the Burstscythe since they would be without leader, maybe I could have only 1 unit of vespids, remove 1 Krootox Rider and have an Enforcer dakka commander
I don't want to bring Farsight, since I really need the CP gen from the Etheral, and I found out KHP is really CP hungry.

What do you think, am I missing anything ?

Does this list feel like a Kroot list or a Tau list?

I have a “Tau” army only because of Kroot, so I want to make sure my list reads as “Kroot”.
