Can manglik and non manglik get married?

Can a boy 30 M and non manglik and want to marry a girl 29 F high manglik .They are in relationship since 8 years.But only 12.5 gun are matching.Please suggest.They consulted many astrologers and they are saying marriage is not suitable and chances of divorce.
