Nakita ko yung price list ng executive panels sa Hi-Precision Diagnostics, and affordable naman sya (around ₱2.3k) kaya lang medyo concerned ako sa reviews about their waiting time.

Hi all, we're planning to purchase a lot or house and lot in one of the villages near EK. So far we've visited Villa Esmeralda and Royale (wc is inside Emeralda), Segovia, Toledo, and San Lorenzo. Just want to get your opinion and feedback for these villages in terms of safety, HOA, flooding issues (if any), and traffic since I'm working onsite in Ortigas.

If this helps, my fiance and I generally preferred the vibes of Royale (sobrang higpit ng security wc is a plus), then Segovia and Esmeralda.

The reason also why we're choosing them over Nuvali area is the price. They're a lot cheaper and mas may community na compared to the newly opened villages like Solen.

At the very least, a decent edit and basta di malabo ang quality considering the venue and spectators area. The venue is a covered court. Half court yung spectators area and the other half is the stations
