We're a group of sanitation engineers so we handle mostly underground pipe works. We've recently gotten a big project with several dig sites and now my team is asking me to use a software to keep track of our 811 tickets. I agreed that it would be a good idea, but I don't really know what an 811 software does. Is it worth the cost if I subscribe to this type of software?
