When she conceived the first child Kyle was on a break with Annie after cheating with someone else. If she was so close to him and friends before she would have known it was a break and he had a long term partner and kids.
He wasn’t in a relationship with her so even if he was single why conceive a baby with a man that didn’t want one with you and trap him.

The second time she knew he was in a relationship with Annie. Doesn’t matter if he lied about being married. She doesn’t say he was single just that she didn’t know he was married! How would that make it ok even if that were true?!
He had his wedding ring on in the soft play photos she shared of him with her kids so we knows it’s BS anyway.
