Is it just a bug that console commands aren't working? I've tried "fps_max 60" like in l4d2 but the command isn't recognized. Really don't need my game at 300 fps.

Okay, weird mutation idea.

A mutation where your five inventory slots are no longer dedicated to a particular item type and can now freely hold any non-duplicate items in any space.

So instead of having a primary slot, secondary slot, back slot, grenade slot, and aid slot, you can now put any item in any slot as long as you're not already carrying one of them.

So for example, you could be like Ellis on the trailer and have a shotgun sniper rifle, grenade launcher med kit and pipe bomb all on you. that would be your five slots full with no secondary but with three primaries who cares.

You couldn't how ever carry two of the same object, no hoarding 4 med kits an 1 weapon. or 4 boomer biles. but you could carry one of each grenade, a primary and a first aid kit if you want.

There's a lot you could do with this and I'd love to see how it changes the game, its balance, the value of certain items, and how players would play, the new meta that would spawn from it. the weird load outs people would run.

a primary, a first aid kit, a defib, a bottle of pills and adrenaline shot.
This would have to be a mutation, played on a harder difficulty and definitely not VS match because it would make good survivors who know what they're doing super broken powerful. but I thought it was an interesting idea.

I remember there was a custom campaign about we play like in a spaceship or a space station with white interiors and multiple floors, and there was also an elevator then at the end there is a big arena that we have to wait there till the giant gate opens slowly,in space then we get sucked by an alien ship or a spaceship or something like that. Dose anyone know it? Please

Hey does anyone have any idea if this game is still available and what console it’s played on?

I have 1300 hours in L4D2 and played it religiously a decade ago with my (ex) girlfriend and my friends. But we all moved on, we are all in our 30's now so you know how that goes? But I want to return to L4D2 but I have at most only two people to play with sometimes. Anyone else that plays L4D2 still and is looking for very experienced people to re-enjoy the game with?

dont know if theres a specific place for this, but does anyone know where I can find people to play lfd2 with? like modded runs or just fun in general, I know I could just join a public lobby but most people dont speak or they speak other languages and it just ruins the experience.
