Hi! So Legally the Blonde the Musical is my weekly comfort watch and my favorite Male Main Character on screen has always been Emmett Forrest, especially Christian Borle’s portrayal. I have been looking for a MMC in a book that has some of his qualities. Seriously if you’ve never seen the musical version PLEASE watch the MTV video of it!

- Overall him being slightly flirty but respectful and focused on supporting her and their friendship but with a little bit of tension

- When Callahan Hits on her and fires her and says she doesn’t belong there “He’s Wrong, We’ll fix it, We’ll fight it” I love him immediately believing her and getting on her team. I also love that he realizes that he loves her but doesn’t use this moment to tell her, just asks her to stay

- He leans in and whispers “Did you actually think I was going to let you get away” 😫 This line was actually the reason I started making this post.
- “Don’t Listen to him, you’ll be fine, go ahead” He gives big ‘talk her through it’ if you know what I mean.
- “Thats ok, I’m gonna see you later” when Warner pulls her to propose. LOVE the quiet confidence
- “No we love you guys” him involved with and loving her people
