I saw two security guards outside the BPI at Ground Floor One/NEO 26th St, corner 3rd Ave, so I thought that would be a safe place to use an ATM. However, within seconds of starting to use the ATM suddenly three kids were swarming around me asking for money. When I asked the guards to do something to get the kids to move away from the ATM machines, the response was minimal (which really surprised me--I know they don't make much but usually guards like to assert their authority). OK, lesson learned--don't use these ATMs again-the guards don't really care about the customers. Wondering if anyone else has experienced this at this BPI location.
