Employee uniform difference?

My friend used to work at Loro Piana and gave me his uniform sneakers. Does anyone know if the quality of the employee/uniform pairs is different from the ones you can buy in-store?

I only own the Sea Sail Walks and Open Walks, so I don’t really have anything to compare them to.

Would really appreciate it if anyone who has worked at Loro Piana or has experience with both could share their thoughts!

I assume this is authentic as it has an authenticity tag from Vinted, however I’m sceptical (listed for under £100)
