I got this off Poshmark as a gift for my dad. Is it weird that it doesn’t have the black tag with the size on the inside?

I submitted a Loro Piana Baby Cashmere Quarter Zip for Authentication and it failed. It feels very smooth and slightly better quality than to my quince cashmere set. Can someone help confirm if this is legit or not? I have photos of the certificate here and can also pull it up with QR code. At the end it shows the reasons it failed but can I have some other people chime in. This is a second purchase from a trusted well reviewed store. Thanks!
