Resources for medical navigator

I am looking for non profits that do medical navigation for children with disabilities. We had met a group at a resource fair last year but in the middle of crisis I lost their brochure. Does anyone know what this group might be. They said they had resource managers and even sometimes could help figure out waivers for medical bills. Any ideas help!

Who follows Avalanche team

Good day Avs fans! I’m looking to get some people in my playoffs seats for a few games coming up. I’ve got 4 spots in Section 146, Row 15 (really great view of the court)

I'd love to see these go to fans who will bring the energy! I can definitely split them into smaller groups if you don't need all 4.

Match: Vegas Golden Knights at Colorado Avalanche

Time:Today, Wednesday, May 20th, 6:00pm and Friday, May 22nd, 6:00pm

DM me if you want to grab any of them or have any questions. Go Avs!

Old school barber

Hi I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for a good old school barber. 💈 Ever since I moved here I haven’t had a chance to really look for a decent barber . Preferably someone who can cut a decent military fade.

Moving in august

Hi guys! I’m a colorado native and i’ve lived south of loveland, about an hour to two hours away my whole life. After a trip to Spain in July with my boyfriend and his mom, we’re moving in together so he can go to school. I’ll be moving out and away from my family, my boyfriend and i turned 19 and 18 in February. I personally have never really explored Loveland and I’m curious if theres any places anyone recommends. Could be anything from coffee shops, thrift stores, cool lookout spots.

Clothing Resources?

Hi all,

I am wondering what resources you all may know about for our community’s impoverished and/or houseless.

I just saw a man and a woman walking south on Madison not appropriately dressed for this rainy weather — no waterproof layers; the man was not wearing shoes and the woman was in flip flops. :/

I am a woman who has unfortunately regretted it a few times when I have gotten out of my car or interacted face to face with someone who seemed to need help, so I am wary to do so again. I’m wondering if there are any numbers I can call to report such sightings in the future.

I’ve got 2 days to explore around Loveland CO. Looking for recommendations

Hey yall, I love out in WNC and have a family trip out near Loveland at the start of June. I’m flying into Denver on Friday and renting a car and will have until Monday to explore.
I enjoy hiking, and being on the water. I would love to figure out a way to maybe get up a 14r or natrual springs?
Thanks everyone

Your opinion: Best of Loveland

I (33F) and my partner (34M) moved to the devils backbone area not too long ago. Looking for reccs on your favorite small local businesses in the area to support. Think hole-in-the-wall places, businesses passed down through generations, shops that have been there since the beginning of your memory, or stores that are just downright quirky.

For example, someone recommended the green onion to us and we loved it. I drove by Whampus books the other day and added to my visit list. Not afraid of a good dive bar so don’t worry about giving us reccs that have some paint chipping if you know what I mean. In general we’re pretty normal people with varied hobbies and lots of animals at home. I’m a big flea market/pawn shop kinda shopper. We have been working in Loveland/greely and communicating for over a year now, are from CO, and have lived in both FoCo and Estes at different points. So not completely unfamiliar but would love to hear from the Loveland locals the places you think are worth going out of your way for or may not be so obvious to wander into.

Keep the garage closed!

Woke up this morning to a prairie dog in the garage. I have not seen prairie dogs around here, in my neighborhood I mean, in the 6 years I've lived here. My husband was loading up his supplies and it definitely dashed in at that point.

Animal control said it was the second prairie dog in the garage call they had today. They did get it out of my garage ($35 charge) but said they could not remove it from my property. So now the little guy's in my backyard. Hopefully he will move on somewhere. If not I did get a phone number for a humane relocation place. But just wanted to put out a note. My husband is notorious for leaving the garage open when he is doing something in the front yard.

And if anyone knows is it unusual for them to be away from their colony? We don't live by a field or anything And generally you don't see them off by themselves. Oddly enough it came at the same time as the elk walking through the neighborhood eating the flowers 😳 (elk I kind of expect)

Best Things Happening in and around Loveland This Weekend (May 15–18)

Loveland's got a full card this weekend. Here's the short list:

All weekend:

Venardos Circus is set up at Centerra — no animals, real skill, boutique touring production. Worth checking out with or without kids.

Friday:

Summer Kickoff at Loveland Yards kicks off the season.

LoCo Country at Tom Davis Saloon starts at 8pm if you want a proper Friday night.

Saturday:

HPEC Restoration Ecology class runs 9am–noon — free, and useful if you want to understand what's happening to the land around you.

VOC is doing farm prep with Loveland Youth Gardeners the same morning.

Flattop Rider Trio plays Loveland Aleworks 6–8pm.

Timberline Liquor is doing a mystery allocation draw at 3pm for rare bottles.

Sunday:

Flavors de Mayo Foodie Walk runs 3–6pm through downtown — Latin-inspired food and drink at local spots.

And playoff hockey: Colorado Eagles vs. Coachella Valley Firebirds

Calder Cup Game 3 at Blue Arena. Doors at 5, puck drops at 6:05. Get loud.

Worth the drive:

Head up to Bellvue Saturday evening — Head for the Hills plays the Mishawaka for the 20th anniversary of Pickin' on the Poudre.

The Fort Collins Foodie Walk runs 5–8pm through Old Town. Walkable, local restaurants, no reservation needed. Good way to start a Friday.

We pull together the full Northern Colorado weekly curated event list every Tuesday(ish). Free. Link in first comment if you’re interested!

Insulin donation?

Hello!

I have some unopened long acting insulin that I’m not going to use - any idea if there is somewhere to donate it to?

The humane society only takes pet-specific, and I’d rather not ship it and have it become damaged in shipping. I also don’t want to just toss it.

Thank you!!

Appealing traffic cam tickets?

My husband has gotten THREE traffic tickets from the camera at the light on 1st and Taft. One of them I was in the car with him. It's the right hand turn lane and they all say failure to stop. He absolutely did stop the time I was with him. He always stops. He's that guy. I have seen that camera flash other people stopped there. What are we doing about this? I paid the first one, haven't paid the 2nd one yet and just got the third.
