I have received a 2026 offer letter in dec 2025, and I wanted to ask if any MCA 2026 candidates have already completed onboarding. If you or any of your friends have been onboarded, I'd really appreciate your help.

I'm facing an issue on the onboarding portal:

I completed a 3-year BCA, but the portal is showing Semester 7 and Semester 8 marksheets as pending, even though a 3-year BCA only has 6 semesters.

I'm currently pursuing a 2-year MCA, but the portal is showing Semester 5 and Semester 6 marksheets as pending, whereas a 2-year MCA has only 4 semesters.

I have already uploaded all the available marksheets and documents, but these semesters are still appearing as pending.

Has anyone else faced the same issue? Did it cause any problems during document verification or onboarding? If you've already been onboarded (or know someone who has), could you please let me know whether this is just a portal issue or something that needs to be corrected before onboarding?

3. Can we leave campus during weekends or weekdays on our own?

I'll be joining LTIMindtree as a fresher soon, and I had a few questions about the training program.

1. What technologies or tech stack are taught during the training?

2. How difficult are the training sessions and assessments?

3. Is the training mostly coding-based, or does it also include aptitude, communication, and other modules?

4. Does LTIMindtree remove trainees who don't perform well during training, or are there opportunities to improve?

5. Any tips on what I should prepare before joining so I can perform well?

Is there anyone who has done aadhaar seeding?

Can we do it at home by ourself or it can only be done at the bank?

If anyone has completed it, can you guide me the whole process.

when do we have to do the NATS registration? can we do it once the onboarding date is scheduled or onboarding dates will not be scheduled without nats registration?
