LTM Technology Fitment Discussion for Salesforce - What should we expect?
I received a Technology Fitment Discussion mail from LTM today for Salesforce. Many people from my college received it as well and a few friends from other colleges also got similar mails earlier.
From my college, it looks like the students who had uploaded a Salesforce certification received this mail today.
Last month, LTM conducted a similar discussion for SAP, and now they are conducting one for Salesforce.
The mail mentions that this is not a technical evaluation and will not have any impact on our employment. I am assuming it may be related to domain/project allocation.
For those who have already gone through something similar:
- What can we expect in this Technology Fitment Discussion?
- What should we prepare before the discussion?
- What kind of questions do they usually ask?
- What is the likely outcome of the discussion?
- If I perform well in the Salesforce discussion on 24th, is it possible that LTM will directly assign me to a Salesforce project?
- Or would they first provide Salesforce training and then allocate a project?
- If LTM considers me suitable for the Salesforce domain based on this discussion, what happens next?
Would really appreciate insights from anyone who has gone through this process at LTM before.
Mass Onboarding LTM
Is really ltm planning to mass onboard people in September ?
Got a 4 LPA IT offer but no joining date - should I take a temporary call centre job? Or wait and keep applying, help me choose please.
I have completed my computer engineering this year 2026 batch.. I have a offer of ltm of about 4 lpa.. for training I'll get around 24k in hand and for full time around 27k in hand.. But it has been 2-3 months now and I have not received joining.. until now 7-8 students only have received joining at ltm from my college., i have not got any update regarding joining, it comes in batches, and in which batch I'll be there that is also not fixed yet and when will I receive it that is also not fixed... So i sit idle at home binge watching Netflix or any series. But yesterday i got a thought that may be i can work in a company, name is xyz suppose, it works as a call center types.. that means 50% call and 50% email, in which I'll get 15 days training in which I'll get 300 rs per day and then I'll have to give a test.. after that when i get full time I'll get 12k salary in hand(good thing is there is no bond).. i will have to give a interview, that i am sure I'll pass(easy interview for freshers).. but i am confused whether i should do this or not... Or i should simply prepare dsa and keep applying for IT jobs?
I have 2 options now... 1. I should join call center until i receive joining letter from ltm and work there 2. I should forget all these temporary earnings and should completely focus on my study and try to get a job as soon as possible? (If i dont receive any other offer ,then I'll have ltm as a backup)
I dont know what should I choose and which one is better for me? I am confused in both... I dont know which to choose, sometimes i think i should work at call centre but sometimes i think that i shouldn't... I have studied engineering and how should i work in that field 😢
Also, I think they might create a salary account for me for PF purposes. Will that cause any issues after I join LTM? My PF contributions would be credited to that account, and the PF account would have XYZ organisation’s name attached to it. Since LTM hires freshers, I’m wondering if having a PF account from another organisation could create any issue during joining or onboarding???
Help me now to choose what is better for me?
Regarding leadership connect session
Some of my frnds had received leadership connect session mail on 8th May and u received it today so does that mean they will get early onboarding or is it random?whoever received this mail before got this mail again?
LTM joining 2026
I have a offer letter from ltm for 2026 batch but did not get joining yet so instead of seating and relax at home i joined a bpo company for some money because i have some financial problem. Just want to know that if i’ll join ltm after the joining will come, what do u guyss think, they should not have any problem with my previous employment because in offer letter they didn’t mentioned any clause that you should join any company before…just want to know opinions..🫠
iRun fullstack Engineer
Does anyone know about this role and how hard the training will be if I have no knowledge about fullstack?
LTM iRun Full Stack Engineer 1.5 role
After reading the JD, it seems more like L1/L1.5 application and infrastructure support rather than an actual full stack development role.
It mentions things like application monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, Linux, databases, cloud, Kubernetes and Java application operations.
For anyone who has worked in this role or knows about it, what is the actual day to day work like?
Is there decent growth from this role or does it mostly remain support work?
Also LTM sent a Confirmation of Availability form. There is a question saying that I have read the JD and accept the role to proceed with onboarding, with Yes and No options. There is also a separate Offer Decline option.
Does anyone know what actually happens if I select No for that question? Does it reject the role, stop onboarding, or is it different from selecting Offer Decline?
