Is there nothing in this city?

I have passed out from school around 6 years ago. I often watch fb profile of my schoolmates to see where they are now and what they doing. I feel like I am among few guys who is still staying in Lucknow. Most of them are now living in Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Noida, Ghaziabad, Surat, Nashik, Delhi, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Bengaluru and even cities like Toronto, Houston, Dallas, London, Melbourne, Hamburg.

What's wrong with this city? The ones who are coming to Lucknow are the ones who did schooling from other UP districts which are too poor. The ones who did schooling in Lucknow are fleeing.

When you do schooling in Lucknow, you will feel ghosted after leaving school, if you stay here. It's the darkest fact about being a Lucknowite since childhood. Most of the mates who have stayed in Lucknow are from business background.

cbse regional office in lucknow

I need to collect my cbse re evaluation result , which my school is saying they know no shit about whatsoever, so I'll be visiting the cbse office in gomti nagar where i can most probably get my marksheet.

What documents do I need to take ?

Also i don't have my original marksheet either so will it be a problem?

Anyone has any info about anything in this matter pls help.

St. Agnes’ Loreto vs Loreto Convent Lucknow for preschool…is there any real difference?

Confused between St Agnes Loreto and Loreto Convent for my 3-year-old (preschool admission). I live in Rajajipuram so St Agnes is closer. Is there any real difference in teaching, environment or child development at this level ?? Or are both basically the same?
My main concern is daily commute + traffic to Loreto Convent.
Need honest opinions.

So they stopped the old metro card and have refused to refund the security deposit

I went to the metro today and found our the old cards are being discontinued, I didn't want to get the airtel ncmc card so I asked for my security deposit back and the customer care said that they are told not to refund the security deposit. They are indirectly forcing people to get the airtel card, I said I don't want the airtel card and they just have no idea what to do about that, I just won't get my security back.

I don't want the new card, when I got this card I was told that I will get the 100 rupees back and now you are telling me to forget it. That card was my emergency fund.

What can I do here?

Edit: card surrender ki receipt mili hai btw with refund amount of 100 written on it but wo mila nhi hai obviously, uske sath airtel ke booth se naya card lene ko bol diya gya hai

Plot allotment issue in Anant Nagar Yojana - LDA says the first allotment was a mistake. What can I do?

I was allotted a plot in Anant Nagar Yojana. The plot number X was shown during the allotment/live YouTube session, and the same plot number was also mentioned in the official written PDF.

However, LDA is now saying that plot X was allotted by mistake and that my actual allotment is plot Y.

The issue is that plot X is a much better/premium plot - it is park-facing, on a wider road, and a corner plot. Plot Y is the same size but is not comparable in terms of location. Also, there is a high-tension electricity wire nearby (after one more plot behind it).

LDA is saying that this was a mistake on their part and that they will take action against whoever made the mistake.

My question is:

What can I do to verify that this was actually a genuine mistake by LDA?

Since both the YouTube allotment and the written PDF showed plot X, what documents/records should I ask LDA for to establish how the mistake happened?

Has anyone faced a similar issue with LDA or plot allotments? What would be the best way to proceed?

Got into an argument today

I had a friend argue with me that, since I live on the outskirts of the city while she lives in central Lucknow, I should travel to hers for a hangout. She lives in Golf City, and I live in Indira Nagar. She believes that I live outside the city and should move closer to the “main” city. What should I tell her guys? I was born in Lucknow and she moved here when she was 11
