More and more we're going to find m365's needing new batteries, they are showing their age, but although Xiaomi made an amazing product it's not like we can just go to their website and buy a replacement battery.

We are stuck with listings claiming to be original or listings claiming to be even better than original with 10500mAh of capacity!

10500mAh is totally a thing, there are battery cells that are perfect replacements for the originals (LG MJ1, Samsung 35E, Sanyo / Panasonic GA) that have a higher capacity and will get you to 10500mAh

Great right? Good luck finding one that even gives you 10km of range...

So that's where I'm at, I need a new battery but I can't keep throwing money at trash and all the links you find about good sources are like 5 years old and are broken. Ideally I'd love a real 10500mAh battery with the BMS leads but I have no faith anymore...

Where can we get reliable, good quality batteries? Is this the end of the m365?

If anybody has links or suggestions for a *quality* battery source, that be amazing!

Hi,
I have mi 1s and it started behaving ghostly after i drove it in rain. I suspect the ble has gone bad. The On OFF button doesnot works sometimes it auto turns on and off.
I found a m365pro dashboard on TEMU , will it work on My Scooter Xiaomi mi 1s

My original Pro 2 chassis broke in two at the solder joint of the base due to heavy use for over 3.5 years, so I bought 2 incomplete Xiaomi Pro 2 scooters (AMG edition) for cheap, because the replacement battery I bought almost 2 years ago with double amperage is still (somehow) working at 100% capacity.

I completed one of the AMG chassis by transplanting pieces from my original Pro 2. The second AMG is missing a few pieces that I already ordered from Aliexpress, but I can't find the plastic covers from the front and sides of the chassis, as shown in the photo.

The only few results I managed to find on Google for the front piece was using "Xiaomi scooter Pro front bumper Strip", but I can't find nothing for the 2 side pieces on the back. USA stores are out of question due to tariffs and high postage/import taxes, I would prefer European and/or Aliexpress type stores.

If there was a pre-made 3D print file for these pieces I could print them myself, because I don't know how to design them from scratch.
