I heard some people saying Kamihama is inspired by Yokohama.

Need some clarification in terms of Nagisa Momoe
So if I'm not mistaken, there are 2 versions of the Nagisa Momoe: The one who is native to the Magia Record universe who turned into a witch (From Nagisa's Momoe Wish) and the Nagisa Momoe that escaped from the Law of Cycles (Ultimate Madoka) and wishes to atone and reunite with the Holy Quintet that's in that universe.
Now I just have a couple question and my first is:
Is the Law of Cycle Nagisa that snuck away from Ultimate Madoka and descended to the Magia Record Universe able to turn back into a witch and thus, won't be reached in by Madokami?--because as stated, if Madokami were to interfere any further with the Magia Record universe she would end up accidentally destroying it and wouldn't want that.
And I guess my other question is:
Is this supposed to be Nagisa having before being called upon Madokami for the special mission in Rebellion?
And my last is:
Is the way that Nagisa Momoe turned into a witch from her story event "Nagisa Momoe Wish's" in Magia Record the same in Puella Magi Madoka Magica episode 2-3? Is there a Yuu, the Canine Witch Magical Girl in the canon series?
If anyone could please answer these questions I would really appreciate !! :3
