Anyone working with BMW Techwork which is at AmR Tech Park, Balewadi.
I have some queries, please help your brother out.

Need Info regarding certain Societies.

We are 3 working bachelors (F) and we're looking to shift in Mahalunge. Brokers has shown us flats in 3 societies in till now,

- VTP Belair

- Godrej Green Vista

- Godrej Hillside

My problem is, the brokers are very vague, he said they're the best society in Mahalunge and it's very very rare for a bachelor to get flat there. That's it.

If someone is living there in any of the society, plzzz answer me,

1. how are the societies actually?

2. Are bachelors treated well?

3. Any Water or pollution problem?

4. How are the amenities?

5. Anything else you'd like to share?
