CZ82 in 9mm Mak - Do I pull the trigger?
I don't care about how it looks, and ergonomics cost money. I've been eyeing this one for a while, research says they're reliable. How do they handle HPs?

I found this in ebay for $30.
Required a lot of fitment to get the left panel on and I probably took off too much material but hey. Seems stable.
100% infill 3D printed.
The goal is a DP Kydex rail when they figure out US shipping but this works. I have to trim that bolt now.
Points for trying but this thing is not it.

Had to jump on that $200 mak, I can’t see any rifling it has a mirror finish but not a single bit of rifling I can see compared to my ij-70

Hi, new owner of Makarov (parts) here, had a trade with a buddy and I ended up receiving most of a Makarov. Big fan of the pistol, I’m wanting to put it together but I’m missing a frame. Is anywhere someone can point me to so I can start this process? I did some searching and I realize it might be a bit tougher than I thought. I would appreciate any help I can get!
In a previous post I had jamming as shown in the photo. Initially was worse than this so replaced the recoil spring and polished the ramp and barrel entry. Helped quite a bit but still was jamming once or so a mag.
Finally got some new Geko ammo (vs reloads) and quickly cleaned and polished the firing pin area just before i ran out to the range. Ran about five mags of ammo both new and reloads and only had one jam so looks like it was the dirty firing pin area. Will more do a more thorough cleaning. Thanks to ColtBTD for the suggestion.
Also so happy to have an inexpensive local private range membership (rare in CA) where I can just run over for an hour or so and fire off a dozen mags and skidaddle.
I recently found myself in possession of a CZ 82, and figured I'd share it with my IJ70-17a I scored from a local shop a few years ago, which I scored for a little over $200 (the pawn shop thought it was a Jimenez pistol). My little Imez is pretty fitting to tote with my 223 Saiga!
