Any blue collar guys?

I’m curious to hear from blue collar guys, or anybody that is rough on their hands, what kind of polish tends to last longest? I’m an electrician, and I bounce between press ons and gel. As long as the press ons aren’t much longer than my fingertip, they seem to last decently, but I like the creativity of painting my own nails. Gel holds up alright, but always chips at the tips. Any advice??
