I've been playing for a bit 10 hours or so beat the story have a full tier 5 bone set as well as the bioelectric teeth becthe bone teeth blow but the helicopters and electric field boats are kicking my ass

So I'm currently in dead horse lake, and am doing "making a splash". But i don't have any organs other that advanced sonar. I read that you can get amphibious organ by defeating the bayou apex, but i can't find the quest in log, and the only ones available are bric a brac, nutrient caches and landmarks. Is this how its supposed to be or did i miss something?

I’m sure they made a good bit of money in this game is just over also so fun. I’ve completed it 100% in two saves already but at the same time I don’t know what they would do if they did make a sequel.
