Okay so basically c0mix is site where we (yes I know you do too) read manga, manhwa etc.

On the actual site many people got an announcement saying their datacenter was bombed and every server in it went down. Here's the image for more information (They are not mine I got most of these images from other people to spread awareness!!!)<3

THEY SAID THE SITE WILL BE BACK IN A FEW DAYSSSSSSSSS

edit: For some people it still works, for me personally it works on my laptop but not my phone.
Edit 2: Also I said C0mix like that because reddit gave me a warning thing telling me that a lot of posts had been taken down for saying the word in the title/description of posts

People have been getting lots of different images to show it like:

PSSST I know some substitute sites in the mean time. Should I spill or gatekeep??

I'm multilingual and recently I wanted to recommend a manga I love but coudn't find an English translation or any scans at all. I looked trough my manga shelf and I have a lot of titles that are in the same situaton. They're all older (early 2000s) less known manga and unlikely to get an official translation so I want to make an English fan translations for them. I'm thinking of posting the non-English translations of manga while I'm at it because many of them are not found in the common manga stores anymore and can be difficult to find second hand.

What's a good place to post them? Also is there anything else I should know about the translation process as a first-timer?

So for the past three or four days the site has been effectively stopped in time. No new uploads but anything old is still accessable.
Do we have any news on what is even happening, did they get got?

I've been using Tachiyomi since 2017, and I switched to Mihon in early 2024. Over the years, my library has reached an absurd amount of manga/manhwa/manhua saved(nearly 24k), and at this point I've probably tried and used more sources than I can remember.

However, with sources constantly going down, changing domains, getting discontinued, or becoming unreliable, I'm curious what everyone is using nowadays.

I'm mostly looking for reliable sources since migrating saved data related to read chapters/status from one source to another takes an absurd amount of time.

Recently I have downloaded quite a few series / volumes of manga/manhwa. I have stored them in my laptop for now and I plan on downloading more. But storage is the problem . With the price of hard drives increasing. Can anyone suggest how many hard drives/ pen drives or other data storage devices they are using, the capacity and how many volumes or series can be stored.

Is there any news of it getting fixed. I've been using kaliscan since 2020 and I have all my saves there. I've been anxious about it and 3 days have passed and still no updates.

It's been down for ages and I've never successfully used it again is it just never getting back up? I still have hopes for c0mix but not mangadotnet

I let Claude create a userscript that lets you download manga/manhwa from "any" website.

https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/598396-manga-manhwa-downloader

I know there are HakuNeko and FMD2, but this is for everyone who doesn't download much or wants it as simple as possible. It is a universal script, so it will work better on some websites than others.

How to use: Go on any manga/manhwa website and click on a series. In the bottom right is a download button.

How to install:

1. Download a userscript manager like Tampermonkey or Violentmonkey from your browsers web store.
2. Click the link in this post and install the script.

I can't Open Mangahub Extension because of this encryption. Any update about this?

I tried searching but i cant find any recommendations.
