I’m looking to rent a 2BHK in Manipal directly from the owner and would prefer to avoid going through a broker. Does anyone know the best ways to find owner-listed apartments? Are there any local Facebook or WhatsApp groups, websites, or apartment communities where owners post directly? Please help, thanks. Also can I own a car as freshmen? Like drive to campus? Is there any safe parking spots near gate?

Looking for recommendations on places that are worth visiting -
beaches, temples, cafes, hidden gems, scenic drives, local food, anything really.

\* Is renting a bike a good idea for getting around?
