New owners - gifted from parent
Hello! I am a new MVC owner. I received a deeded property from my dad (gifted) and we now have 2,650 points to use each year (electing MVC pts vs deeded week). Any advice for first time owners? I grew up in the MVC system as it was ALL our family vacations and have sat through presentations as well -- but now my husband and I own one of the properties (sister gifted other) and would love your must know advice. Thanks!
