My entertainment unit screen looks bubbly, like there is a screen protector on it that needs to be changed or not installed correctly? Does anyone have a solution on how to fix it?

I started noticing some clicking noise when making slow speed turns and dealership said their chassis ears noticed rattling in the sway bar links but the sway bars links weren’t movable by hand. They said they’ll go ahead and replace it anyway and it’s covered under warranty. My gut tells me the noise is coming from a bad CV axle but they claim it’s not. has anybody else had issues with clicking noise when driving and having sway bar links replaced ? did it fix the issue?
I’m not a mechanic but just wanting to learn from other people’s experience/opinion.
it’s a 2025 CX 50 premium plus with 16k miles.

Update: they’re going to replace the front axles. Apparently this has been a regular mazda issue lately.
