Messy bun work flow feat. Weird hand gesture 🤦♂️
Planning for a trim to neck length. The question is, can I do it myself? Please guide if you have . Confused between 4 partition trim and just the pony trim.
Finally long again
Hi. (I don't know how to re order pictures once selected 😭)
I've had long hair most of my life but I cut it short (3rd pic) just to say I've done it and I knew it was never going to be permanent so I grew it back and the journey has been hilarious and awkward but glad it's back down my back . 🫂 I guess you guys can tell chronology by the length of hair . 🤭
Suit flow
I graduated from uni this monday. I had a big trim the day after so it will take around 1.5 years to grow the hair to this length.
I blurred other people with Snapseed healing tool.
Are my dreads mane enough? Lol
Sorry for bad pic not good at taking pics and title is supposed to be funny and corny to lol.
I dont have time to clean my mirror, my hair is my priority 😊
Anybody else that likes having long hair even mostly just for the "tied up" hairstyles?
Anybody else that likes having long hair even just for the tied up hairstyles? I wear my hair tied up almost 100% of the time, rarely do I let it loose. I still love long hair for the near endless options in how I can style it and being able to still unleash my mane when I want to. I feel like even when you do tight manbuns or a pretty tight bun with some waves at the top(almost as if you had shorter styled waves from the front) that still looks interesting than shorter more default hairstyles. The longer your hair is the more volume/fluff you can get in tied up hairstyles, the fatter your buns get etc, it is totally worth it even just for that!! And for me I can do even bigger more ridiculous "wavefros" exploding even more outwards, lol. Some might think it looks ridiculous and it probably does but it also looks good and not boring at the same time.
Also the actual hair accessories the ties, clips etc all become part of your wardrobe too and something you can vary in size, colour, shape etc by A LOT!! Yet another super underrated thing with having long hair, you literally add another category of items to your wardrobe on part of ALL the different hairstyles you can do also being part of your "wardrobe" kind of. Hair accessories aren't only limited to women!
Yeah I can get some tease for supposedly being gay, or trans or whatever(I like women) by some but that's just typical hate and teasing long haired guys have to deal with anyway lol. Still worth having long hair and receptions otherwise have also been mostly good in my experience, even when I do flamboyant "prettyboy" kind of stuff, sometimes I still go for the more "acceptable traditional masculine long hair" stuffs like simple tight flat buns too or when I am in the gym, just part of the versatility and variations that you can do.
I wasted like the first 27-28 years of my life having short hair(I am 30 now). I was the type of kid that would buzz it down several times a year whenever it got "too long", repeatedly. Was never able to style it because products just didn't work on the weight and thickness of my hair, just ended up flat and clumpy with zero hold. Little did I know that long hair was meant to be my actual "style", lol.
So yeah anybody else that mostly grow long hair just to tie it up and think it is still worth it for that? I get the impression here that a lot of guys wear it loose all the time or most of the time unless some practical situation demands it being tied up, plus that is what I see most of the times when I see long haired guys out in the wild. Maybe I am wrong and people here mostly just take their hair out for pics though?
Edit: My long hair and short torso makes me hilariously look short on some pictures but I am actually 6'2"
Can’t wait to grow my hair out again! I miss my mane.
I need some help.
I'm just going into high school and I want my hair to look good and not greasy looking so if anyone could give me some hair care recommendations that would be amazing. It could be anything. Routines. Brands. Etc
