Bath salts maybe?
Met a random sweaty dude gacked out sideway bending over backwards when he leans forward when I bought a couple pipes earlier...after a very open and unrestricted conversation we did a little exchange in the parking lot this is what it looked like after I couldn't inhale it so I rinsed it and this was left over. I'm not sure what it is but I know it ain't dope I'm thinking maybe bath salts do you guys got any ideas. I almost forgot when I tried to inhale it it was very harsh and would steal my breath my girl said the same thing happened to her
