Why does it have to take 30 days ,instead of giving someone hope to end up being not selected.Why not just mail the person immediately you've seen they've not been selected?

And then why am I not able to secure the position and I already passed the interview and even ended up being certified?

Hi so I am assigned to a healthcare /medical pipeline but it has been paused 5 weeks plus, wanted to take on new projects cuz of availability and paused work but when I apply to other projects I am not selected despite good interviews is it cuz I am already assigned to a project? How to get around this??

When goin through the interview it got wayyy too technical. How’d u guys prepare for it? I have a background in healthcare and have minimal knowledge of stats. Not to say that I can’t learn it I just don’t want to learn anything without getting paid at this point bc I feel like knowledge attainment is just another form of entertainment at that point

I have done great in the AI interview and recieved the certification, then I recieved an email to join the slack community, but I wasn't sent the credentials. I replyed to the email but zara was the one to reply with an automated email. Any idea how to get my credentials to join the slack

My applications have been stuck in Hiring Manager Review for over a month now. I've applied for around 80 roles, and not a single application has moved beyond this status. Every new application I submit also goes directly into Hiring Manager Review.

I've already raised a support request but haven't received a response yet.

The interview experience has been really bad. I applied for several roles that closely match my skills, but when I reached the AI interview round with Zara, I faced multiple issues.

The AI tool often gets stuck and doesn’t respond for a long time. Then suddenly, it starts speaking very quickly, making it hard to understand what it says.

Have you guys faced this problem? If not, can you share why I might be experiencing this issue? Also, could you please share the recommended internet speed for using this tool?

I had my first QA Engineer AI interview today at micro1.. I should have done more research about the interview process before starting. I signed up an hour ago, applied to the position and then straight to the interview with excitement. Towards the end of the interview, I was so focused on answering the questions, I ran out of time and the interview ended abruptly.

Did any of you ever experience sudden closing of the interview or was it a glitch? I’m unable to understand.
