It's a bit disheartening to see that posts about paused projects get locked. I'm really interested to hear from other users here whether paused projects ever start back up, if we can expect any communication in the meantime, etc. It's frustrating to spend double the amount of time onboarding that we're allowed to track and get paid for, with the expectation that it will pay off once tasking, only to have my screeners sitting in Pending Review for 5+ days.

I'm onboarding for another project, my screener has been sitting for 3+ days even though we were previously told that pending screeners would be evaluated by today, and requests for updates go unanswered. Not a great look.

I am a Software Engineer specializing in ML Engineering. I am quite competent(at least the interview results have proved so), but I haven't landed a single high-end or specialized project like a Data Science or Software Engineering role. The only thing I have gotten was an Image Data Collection or something like that.

Out of curiosity, I'd like to ask if professionals from other parts of the world, particularly from Africa, has any gotten these specialized roles like Data Science, Software Engineering, etc. Is it worth it guys or the platform is just not variable to people from this part of the world? I need to know if I am wasting my time applying for these. Please, if you have gotten Data Collection, Data Annotation, AI Training then you are not the person I am talking about. No vex, but I am talking about real roles.

Kenya, South Africa, Nigeria I'd like to hear from you guys. I know there are Micro1 community managers here, I have seen your replies are somewhat about being politically correct but I'd appreciate to hear from my peers if you don't mind.

I received an instant offer for the photo opportunity project. I submitted my submission on Friday 2 Oct, and on Saturday it showed “Signed off”. Next time I checked I couldn’t get into the slack, Google expert email or submission app. On my Micro 1 profile it shows Project completed. I haven’t received any communication at all. So can I assume everything was accepted and payment will proceed on the 20th? When will I be able to see the payment in payroll? Thank you!

my current project has been paused(10000 generalist project)and I only had been in production for one week.im gutted.do paused projects usually get resumed or I should forget about it and move on
