Hiring manager reviewing

Since late march upto now ,i have been applying to micro1.ai.I only get responses such as "hiring manager reviewing" then it goes to "not selected".Can someone please guide me on where i am going wrong .I have never secured even one contract.

Zara didn't let me speak during the first half of my Interview

Hi u/micro1_ai, I recently completed an interview for a role, but I faced significant issues with Zara during the process. She repeatedly interrupted me, kept repeating questions, and often moved to new questions before I could fully respond.

Although I stayed through the entire interview, a considerable amount of time was lost because of these interruptions, and as a result, I was unable to complete all the questions in the first section of the interview. The experience was quite frustrating, and I would really appreciate your assistance in looking into this issue and helping me resolve it.

I’m especially concerned because I genuinely liked the role, and my experience aligns very well with the requirements. I would be grateful if you could assist with the same.

Unable to Pass Interviews

I wanted to ask for your advice on something because I’ve noticed a pattern since my previous role/account was disabled last week. Since then, I’ve completed multiple AI interviews and assessments for other roles, but every one of them has returned either “Not Qualified” or “Not Selected,” which feels unusual given my prior experience and interview performance.

I’ve also come across similar experiences from a few other candidates here who mentioned that once they had previously been selected for a role, subsequent interviews seemed to automatically return those statuses. I've reached out to the HDMs to change the status from selected but they said that once I've been selected, it is impossible to change the status, even after I've been offboarded.

At this point, I’m considering whether creating a fresh account and deleting the current one, might help reset my eligibility for opportunities. However, before doing anything, I wanted to ask directly because I do not want to violate any Micro1 policies, privacy rules, or unintentionally put myself at risk of being permanently banned from the platform.

My concern is that my Deel account is still tied to my existing profile, including my ID verification and payment information. If I were to create a new Micro1 account, once the existing one is deleted, and later receive another contract using the same identity and Deel details, would that potentially flag the system or create any issues on the compliance side?

I’d really appreciate your guidance on the safest and most appropriate way to handle this.

Hiring Manager Reviewing for 25+ Days — Chances Low?

Hey everyone,

My 3–4 job applications in Micro1 are still showing “Hiring Manager Reviewing.” It’s been around 25+ days, and I’m starting to worry because I heard that if the process takes this long, the chances of selection become low.

Am I overthinking, or has anyone here gotten selected even after waiting this long?

FEELING SAD😢

Today marks 4days since I was invited to a project, I signed a contract at Micro 1, verified my Deel and set everything ready.

I later emailed the hiring team by replying to the email, no feedback, they just went quiet, I have sent DM to the MODs, no reply from them they also just snobbed me, please 🥺 please, what is the next step please, I am getting drained 😭😭.

Possible glitch - Hiring manager review status even when i gave no interview

Hi Micro1 Team,

I noticed that multiple roles I applied to are showing the status “Hiring Manager Review,” even for projects where I haven’t completed or been invited to any interviews yet.

I was wondering if this could be a backend or system issue. I was genuinely looking forward to interviewing for some of these projects, so I just wanted to check whether this status is expected or if something might be incorrect on the platform? if you could please let me know when would this get fixed?

Edit 1 - it's been 3+ days I still haven't got any response regarding when would this be fixed? any help would be appreciated

All responses from Support are 100% irrelevant - how do I escalate within Micro1?

I'm certified. Applied for my first role, successfully completed and saved the interview. All good so far. I started completing the exercise, had only used up less than half the available time for it, when the Micro1 platform suddenly refreshed the page and presented me with a blank white page. No error message, no buttons, nothing.

I have tried in absolute vain to obtain a coherent, relevant response from Micro1's Support (via support@micro1.com), to no avail. I asked where my interview has gone, how I can complete the exercise, and what happened to ensure it doesn't happen again. Every single reply is either Zara's AI generated "clear you cache" nonsense, or what appears human-written 100% irrelevance. Eg. the email I received this morning was "You have to wait for feedback on your interview" - when nothing in my issue or problem statement is even about interview feedback.

I have requested escalation to break free from this mess at least 5 times, all ignored by Support.

How can I obtain competent and professional responses from Micro1?

Is the micro1 dashboard status bugged?

I wanted to ask if anyone else has experienced very slow status updates on the micro1 dashboard.

I’ve applied to several positions, and most of them have been stuck on “Hiring manager reviewing” for weeks. A few are getting close to 30 days with no visible change.

What’s interesting is that I already have interviews scheduled for some of these roles, so I’m not sure if the dashboard updates are delayed or if the statuses just don’t refresh often.

Curious if this is normal or if others are seeing the same thing.

I can’t access the interview link

I recently applied for a Game Developer role that was listed recently, and my application went through successfully without an interview. I then received an email from the Micro1 HR team asking me to click an attached link and complete an AI interview. However, upon clicking the link and attempting to start the interview, I encountered an error message stating: “You are not eligible for this interview. If you believe this is an error, please contact support.”

I believe this may be an error.
How do I proceed?

My ID Verification Failed Twice. Unable to Proceed

After finishing my interview, I started to complete my profile.

During the process, I was asked to fill a few details and also verify myself by capturing the picture of my government ID and a selfie.

I used the government ID that is mandatory for everyone in my country and captured it clearly with an image of my face on it. 

Once the government ID and selfie were sent, I received the below message twice on the Micro1 website. 

I am not sure why it is failing even though I took clear pictures and a selfie. 

I also filled out a form that was sent in an email from verification@micro1.ai. I messaged support@micro1.ai . But there is no reply from anyone.

Please help me in resolving this issue and the steps required to proceed forward.

Zara is Terrible

So one thing I've noticed about Zara is that it asks a lot of unnecessary questions unrelated to the role. How are interviewers okay with this? Does no one check the interview questions before they go live? Sometimes I literally go back to look at the job description again after the interview because some of the questions just don't make sense for the role I've applied to, and this has happened quite a number of times to make it very irritating.
