My friends : )

My friends : )

I love this game so much and I'm glad that building relationships with these marvel heroes was such a core aspect of the game. If we ever get a sequel (PLEASE I BEG) I would love to see it expanded upon.

Also does anyone know if the characters in this "movie night before the end of the world" cutscene changes based on how often you use them or is it always this group of characters?

How Would You Feel About This Midnight Suns 2 Roster? (Redo)

Did this a while ago, https://www.reddit.com/r/midnightsuns/s/K3jS1w6XBz

but wanted to redo it, with some of the criticism I got in mind, and genuine changes I wanted to make.

I still want to maintain what a roster for Midnight Suns 2 would realistically look like, and realistically I think characters like Iron Man, Spider-Man and Wolverine are making it for the sake of selling the game better, if the game were ever to be made.

1.Hunter or New Playable Avatar

2.Scarlet Witch

3.Magik

4.Nico Minoru

5.Ghost Rider (Robbie Reyes)

6.Blade

7.Doctor Strange

8.Iron Man

9.The Thing - Wanted a F4 member on the roster, because of the Doom tease at the end. Chose Ben, because I feel like he would be a fun personality to have around, and also adds a tank for gameplay purposes.

10.Spider-Man (Peter Parker)

11.Daredevil

12.Moon Knight

13.Wolverine

14.Dani Moonstar

15.Elsa Bloodstone

16.Loki - On his anti-hero arc.

DLC

The DLC story would be centered around the Hand.

1.Elektra

2.Iron Fist (Danny Rand)

3.Black Cat - Originally I had Punisher here, but someone pointed out that he’s probably not the type to go stargazing with you. Plus Elsa has the gun gimmick already. Black Cat thieving and her bad luck powers could bring an interesting gameplay dynamic. Plus her inclusion would mirror Venom’s inclusion in the first game, since she would be another Spider-Man anti-hero.

4.Psylocke (Kwannon)

What to play after?

Hey guys! I absolutely loved this game and, after 400hrs of gameplay, I'm pretty sad knowing that we won't be getting any more official content.

So, do you guys know any similar games you'd recommend? I enjoyed playing Capes, Star Renegades and other tactical games like those. I'm open to pretty much anything!

How do you put teams together?

Do you try and find synergy (like Blade and Morpheus)?

Do you go for a traditional Tank/Support/DPS

Support/AoE/Single Damage

Vibes?

I'm just starting off, and going for a Damage/Support/Environment with Vibes and some healing. So Dr Strange, Magik or Spider-Man and either a damage hero or the Hunter (because I didn't use the mod to allow story missions without him). I just love Spiderman and occult heroes and there are so few games with Dr Strange and Magik.

Max En Fuego?

I am really at my wits end. I have no idea how to get the Deadpool trophy. I tried it with the THREAT room but after three turns it‘s finished and no way I can KO that many enemies until than. How can I ever achieve this trophy? I am so frustrated.

Edit: Thank you people, I managed to get the trophy with Captain Marvel & Captain America in the THREAT room

Getting back into the game

Looking for tips on re-integrating myself into my 31-hour (thus far) playthrough of this wonderfully complex game after more than a year away. I don’t recall there being any re-accessible tutorials, and this deep into the game I am sure I’ve got all kinds of tricks and synergies among my team of heroes that I’ve completely forgotten. I seem to be at the part of the game where I’ve gotten Wolverine fairly recently, and the team is trying to summon Johnny Blaze (if I understand correctly).

I did play one non-story mission last night and made pretty short work of it. The onscreen tooltip sort of info about every status effect and keyword was really helpful. But I’d still welcome any re-orientation advice.

I like how New Game+ frees you so much more from the friendship system, and it's easier to experiment with non-Hunter teams

Friendship levels persist into NG+, and about halfway through the game (after the Hulk fight in the desert), I've got everyone ranging from 9-17 friendship, with little effort. I'm playing on Ultimate II at the moment, and I am reviving one hero most missions.

What's cool is that I've gotten to appreciate so many more characters. Storm is a POWERHOUSE, especially between Stormshield and Goddess' Blessing. Morbius is a lot of fun to play with. I'm starting to figure out Deadpool; you have to pair him with a taunter like Captains America or Marvel. But if you can keep him from getting hit, one of his cards at En Fuego 2 or 3 can do over 2,000 damage.

Blade I'm still working on. I think the best strategy is to make sure he has as many mods that add Bleed as possible, and that everyone else has one or two Bleed mods.

The perk of that is that if you bleed an enemy, you can even get Soulbound enemies to attack their own.

Some appreciation for hero operation story consistency

Hey everyone, I've been grinding friendships for a few days now and today I noticed a very funny consistency with hero ops. During one hero opp, Plague the horseman of apocalypse is missing and Xavier requests Wolverine to go find him. Then a few hours later I found another hero op where Beast is now working with Plague to fight vampyres. I know its not much but these tiny world building details is really fun to me and makes me feel so invested

Took a lil break for some reason and came back a few weeks later to this and uhh yeah. I’ve tried a few times but I don’t think it’s winnable at this point.

Hunter power

How strong is the Hunter lore wise and who would they be able to beat in a 1v1? Pics for funsies cuz I think it’s pretty sick.

Uninstalled.

Defeated Sin after an hour, and my game crashed, loaded in and the slither of health I had wasn't enough for the second time, then the autosave was overwritten on Sins last attack which fucked me.

I haven't been this mad at a game in a long time, that's me done...

I can deal with skill issues, but crashes? Nah, piss off.

EDIT: 9070XT, 9800x3D, 32gb RAM, Samsung M.2 2tb.

This game is amazing

Honestly I regret not having played this before. This game is so good. I am loving the combat, the skills, the characters and the whole vibe of the game.

What a wonderful surprise

Can you put you comic covers on the paintings?

There are frames scattered throughout the Abby, can you replace the classical paintings with your custom comic covers?

If not, how do you use your comic covers?

Help me please

Hi, I'm new to the group. A few months ago, I bought the game for the Series X, and this is my second time playing through it—I'm really taking my time finishing it.

I have a question... How can this bridge be restored? I’ve tried using the Words of Power. Or do I have to keep progressing through the story? It’s worth noting that I’m just about to face Mephisto. One more question... Has anyone else encountered a bug with interacting with Wanda? For days now, I’ve been seeing the icon, but her room is locked.
