New mido ocean star 39 in single blue color is being released in Korea since last saturday. I also have visited the boutique(but didn't took a picture), and kinda have a mixed feelings on them. The color of this new model is not like what they show on official website. On the website image, it's something between blue and teal. Subtle green tone goes well with the matte texture. In real life, the color is more of a raw blue. The hue is greener than the blue part of blue-black ocean star 39, but it's not as green as ocean star tribute. Well, this model does look good. It'll make a nice summer watch. It's just not what I expected when I saw the official image. I'm looking for Certina 40.5mm models now.

Does anyone with a small wrist (16-16,5 cm.) own this watch?

I would very much appreciate if you could share some wrist shots of it on a small wrist.

I have a Certina DS Action Diver 38mm which fits me well and I wonder if this watch looks/feels/is that much bigger?

I’m wearing a Mido Ocean Star Tribute GMT aka Mido Shark.

My Ocean Star's bezel got jammed a few hours ago, now it barely turns without applying some force. I'm scared of turning it and damaging the gears.

Gonna bring it on tuesday to the store and get it checked, luckily I still have the warranty.

Has anybody had this issue before?

Just wanted to get the opinions of other collectors here. This is the lowest I’ve seen an ocean-star. Have they dropped this low before? I have been eyeing an oceanstar for years. Not this exact spec but when I saw it, it was enough to consider having this as my “mido” in collection

My wife went to read so i can "play with my watches". She doesn't realize that strap selection is serious stuff 🤣

Always love the lume. Swapped the metal bracelet with a sailcloth strap with clasp, and it’s legit.

Just got delivered today. Picked it up from Joma, they were running a mothers day sale and had extra off via the app.

Exceeded my expectations seeing it in person, was worried the 40mm would be too big for my small wrist (little below 7 inch wrist, didn’t measure correctly), but it wears super nice on the wrist. Actually looks smaller than I expected which is a good thing for me. Absolutely beautiful and the rubber band is super comfortable.

Hi guys, today i'm wearing my Mido tv 35. Just à Quick check, is it too big ? I have the smallest wrist ever, it's pretty annoying.

The bracelet is not tight enough because of no micro adjusment and even if i love the rubber, the top side has a double layers that pisses me off...

I dont know if i should keep it or change the rubber for a delugs or others brand.

This was a fun strap build. I know divers and leather are a no no. But…I don’t care.

My cousin went gator hunting and he gave me the leather. It’s all I’ve been working with for the past few weeks and really like how this one turned out. Plus…I think these Mido Oceanstar deserve more love than they get. Really great watches for the money. This one was a gift from my Ma. Probably the best gift anyone has ever given me. She’s a University of Florida graduate and so it felt right to put this one on gator strap 🐊

Has anyone been able to see this in person? Are there any real-life pictures or videos of it? I really like the colors, but I couldn’t find any videos about it.

Mido Multifort TV 35mm

Have anyone ever owned this watch before? And does Mido offer good quality? I really like this watch, especially with the small diamonds inside. But is it worth it? Is Mido a good brand overall?

And also, do you think it would fit my wrist? (6,1 inch). Since I have quite small wrists 😄

Im going to get one of these but can't decide on which colour combo to get. Leaning towards the black with orange strap currently but do you think we'll see new colours any time soon?
