Is there a way to convert FBX to PMX without Blender? Or how to fix issue in Blender?

I don't know if this is the right place to ask this but there is a model that I want to use which was ripped from a game but it is in fbx format. Basically every tutorial I see is saying to use Blender. I have Blender and MMD tools, but every time I import any fbx, it is just broken. The size is wrong, the bones are wrong, there are black lines all over the place, some parts of the mesh are invisible, the pose is wrong (somehow), it's really glossy looking, whatever. This has happened with every single fbx I have ever imported. I wondered if it was a fault with me or with Blender, so I even tried looking up how to import fbx files, and all they did was import it, which is what I did, and it just worked, but it doesn't work for me and I don't know how to fix it and I tried to look up why it was broken but could not find what I was looking for. The only other tutorial I found that didn't involve Blender for the conversion part required some paid application and I don't have any money to spend, especially for a one-off thing like this. Is there a way for me to do this or fix the Blender problem or should I give up? The only other thing I have is PMX Editor, but it is the Japanese version which for some reason seems to have a completely different layout than the English version at least what I have seen on tutorials, I don't know if it will help though but I though I'd mention it. I'm also a complete beginner at 3D modeling stuff and know close to nothing so if I can't understand what someone is saying I'm sorry

msToonCoordinator help

I'm still extremely new to MMD and I found an effect I love a a lot (msToonCoordinator) and would really like to apply it to my model. I've tried following a tutorial, but my lack of knowledge regarding pmxeditor and editing the textures means I'm struggling a lot.

Are there services out there that edit and re-texture the model for you, or is this just something I have to figure out myself? The light maps and editing the textures for the effect is what I'm unfortunately struggling with the most, and it seems like the most important step.

arms jiggling with breast physics?

hello! i'm trying to figure out why this is happening. i'm trying to get rid of the jiggle physics because i do not want them, but every time i delete the bones, bodies, and joints, it still jiggles. this video is WITHOUT those things deleted, to also show how parts of the arms/clothing jiggles as well. i can't seem to figure out how to fix this. can anyone help out?

Question on MME, and Issues related to it.

I wanna render mmd images in better quality, and I was wondering how people usually get quality like this:

*Model is Misterpinks Bremerton*

The main thing I need help with is adding that shiny like effect on the model, other similar results are like this:

*Same model, image from manmi*

I wanna know how do you add an effect like this using MME, usually most effects that add a glossy or shiny effect are already used up by the models materials and settings, so how would you add the effect?

If anyone could help, that would be a blessing, thanks!

How to rig chibi Umaviewer models?

Hello! I'm completely new to MMD and I wanted to make something out of the chibi Umas but when I try to import the models into MMD, it crashes. I downloaded a Gold Ship chibi model online and it works completely fine. So here I am now trying to compare what's the difference between the one I downloaded online and the one in Umaviewer but I have no idea what am I doing at all. 💔

need help with frame chart (new to this)

Ok so its probably a dumb question but I've been looking for answers but had no luck. I understand that the boxes aren't bones, but is there no actual way/better way to use them on the chart? I'm new to this (who would've guessed) so I don't fully know if i can add these boxes to the frame chart, or I need to do something else.

also if you have a really good video on teaching me everything about MMD, I would love and appreciate it :) (most videos I found are tips and tricks, which are really helpful but i need to learn the foundation of MMD)

kazehiki mmd?

i know he has an official model, but i can't find it anywhere... the only place i could find it was on the unofficial utau wiki but the link says it's private. furthermore, i can't find it referenced pretty much anywhere else, even though i swear i saw it elsewhere. is the distribution closed now? is it a glitch on my end?? am i making a completely avoidable mistake??? please help me...
