substrate
Hi, I am new to milipede keeping and would appreciate any answers to my questions. Do you need to change the substrate completely, or could you add more leaf litter and rotting wood into the enclosure? What is the benefit of changing out the substrate completely? I just thought it would stress the milipedes out unnecessarily.

What species these two might be?
So i have two millipedes (propably giant millipedes) but i dont have a clue what kind of specie they might be. They both are about 10 months old and the seller who sold these was sure that they both are same specie even tho their tone of color is visibly different. Any suggestion what these beatiful specie might be? As you can see from pictures the bigger one is way darker even black when the smaller one is more brown(ish)
